Actually, I didn't decide to change it. I was having serious health problems. :(

In fact, I'm pretty sure I'm diabetic, but I can't afford to go get tested, so I just deal with it with diet and exercise.

My built in webcam on my MacBook laptop, held it somewhat over my head. No altering in any software. Just the lighting at the time (there was an ice storm going on outside ... made for interesting lighting).
