The thing people have to remember when doing any kind of weight loss is the fact that they didn't put on all the weight overnight and therefore, will not get it off in a shorter timespan. The body does not want to be in discomfort, so when it feels that its comfort zone is being threatened, a person's body will go into survival mode whether the person wants it to or not.
However, once the body is aware that it is not in any danger and commits to a new regiment of healthy eating and exercise habits, the weight will being to come off naturally. This is where the person has to stay vigilant because the fat cells only deflate, they do not disappear out of the body without medical means.
Just hang in there and keep your eyes on the prize...your target weight goal.
