DGN will fail soon. It is my fault. I've been EXTREMELY depressed and even though I've been trying to 'get over it' if anyone knows anything about depression it isn't always as easy as that. I have been just hoping that my tiny income will cover the DGN expenses and had this fantasy that I would be able to make enough via the new housespiral.com website to just pay for it myself. Well the website (house spiral) isn't doing that well, not because it's not a sound business, it's just due to lack of motivation (see depression above). So, my bad plan has failed in terms of DGN. I should have been trying to drum up donations for DGN specifically (apologies to Tron who 90% of the time is the only donor) which was another reason I wanted to try and pay for it via house spiral profits (of which there are none after operating costs... again due to lack of energy/motivation) So... Bottom line? DGN will go offline any day here as all the costs are in arrears. I'm still trying, but my bank account and both credit cards are overdrawn due to regular bills and I don't see me climbing out of that hole anytime soon. (making the depression CRAZY bad in a way that no one wants to read typed out here) As usual, we need about 50 bucks a month to run DGN (at least 30-40 but 50 was always the number as if you average all the costs out that is roughly what it comes to with quarterly and yearly bills that don't hit every month factored in). (the reason the easy donation box is not there is 1. we do not have a current licence for IPB (the software that runs the board, due to money minimum $35/mon) and we also do not have an updated version of the (fairly cheap) donation software (money again 39.95/year) so it looks less professional and makes it harder to get donations, the poor get poorer)

If god is all powerful he gets the blame as well as the credit. If the blame belongs somewere else its because like a poor all-powerful all-knowing parent blames his creations for intentionally setting up a system of things he knows we will fail at ahead of time. Worse, created us child beings for the primary pourpse of glorifying him that is supposedly perfect and should be beyond such disgusting petty needs. Thanking him for relief of something he allowed, is and always was a logical falacy. Sad that we thank him for small favors and let him slide on monstrous irredeemably historical and personal crimes. He created Satan, free will and all the evil that comes with that. There is no loophole that will get him off the moral hook. Most fightening being in all fiction.

It's crazy what an UTTER LOAD OF IMMORAL, SCREW THE PUBLIC, CHILDISH CRAAAAAAAAAP the current administration is. It isn't even hidden. Fox used to be just "biased" (I think its near impossible for any news source to not be biased with a lower case b) but fox is now just the propaganda arm of the trump administration. I watch it on and off and it is DISGUSTING how little actual facts are ever discussed. It's more like a cult than a political party. Its just one long shill/ apologist/promoter of the republican party and in particular the Assclown In Chief. Far beyond anything we have ever had before. We as a nation really need to wake up. (including me, I complain, but what do I do about it? Not much) Hopefully, in this next midterm election, the Republicans get castrated. The majority of Americans are against the Republicans and trump, but just like the last election, the problem might be apathy.

Things are crap and I'm not seeing a way out the way I normally do, however hard or long-shot it is... I'm not seeing even that.

I Hope things turn around. Life & Depression can really, REALLY suck.

I did thank you. My birthday consisted of the gathering, and I did have fun. I'm new to this "birthday" thing. Last year at the gathering was the closest thing to a 'birthday party" I've ever had.

Thanks for trying. It's a long, frustrating process. Doesn't get any easier until the 'ghost town' aspect goes away. (Once the board gets to the point were there is almost always at least 1-2+ online) Its still a lot of work even then, but that is when the promotion/encouragement efforts start to pay off and the board, due to activity starts to "sell itself".

They are the bigger size just because money is tight and I'm out of the normal size cardstock. The bigger ones were supposed to be for special things like say a movie outting, or next week's no. 100 or some such. The bigger cardstock is a pain to make, plus both the cardstock and the laminate is more expensive. I really don't like inconsistent sizes for 'collectables' unless there is a reason.

I was super sicky and fell asleep before I could ask anyone to come pick the 99 cards up. (Bobbi was unavailable this week or that would have woke me up). If you asked on the DGN fourms this week I'll have the 99 and 100s together next week.

I've smelled so much stuff that is not expensive that smells good to me, I'm still boggled why people waste 80 dollars on sents. Ok, I'm not that boggled... I guess it depends on how much you like a particular sent and if that happens to be expensive, and its a priority I guess that explains it. But still. Also... hi!
