My Controls > Options > Change Email Address and if that doesnt work you do have access to virtually all the admin functions or at least you should. Still showing your old profile? Hrmm. Not sure what thats about, probably will have to wait until after the board upgrade. Might be pointless to try and fix it until after that.

Is there a political / talk station in the detroit area? I dont listen to the actual radio much but when i do i try to find some sort of political talk and i really cant seem to find anything. The closest thing is NPR which is ok, but often it also (especially at night) is playing music. Sometimes i actually end up listening to one of the dang christian stations on AM just because i'd rather listen to someones point of view and/or some sort of "story" than listen to the same 20 songs played over and over again.

What is this? Positive vibes eminating from CC? sweet. =D Yeah spook that rocks. Back in the day that'd happen at least 5 times minimum. Yeah thats a perpetual problem. Any email address that sends out more than like 2 emails a day can get put on "spam blocker" lists. Many of the people that signup for the board actually , we have to manually validate becasue they never get the validation email. Frustrating problem, one which has no "single" fix for as there are so many different spam blocker systems out there. =.( The cards... PM me your address and i can just mail you some. I really need to break down and make an actual "promotions" page with info about promoting dgn and various banner links and other stuff one of these days. /slaps self That , along with several other minor problems with the board (many of which no one really has noticed yet) has to do with the way the backend of IPB talks with the front end , all of which theoreitcally are fixed with the newer version of IPB. Probably will start tackling that in the next day or so. It needs to be done eventually, i've just been putting it off. IF it goes well it wont be any problem at all. But somehow i cant picture there not being tons of glitches upgrading becasue DGN is heavily customized and IPB is notorious for not playing well with customized stuff. *shudder*

DGN @ City Club, Saturday, August 26th Come. Join us. Meet us. Hang out. We're not that scary in person, really. Leland City Club 400 Bagley Street Downtown Detroit You enter by going through an unmarked door on the First Street side of the Ramada Hotel building, located at 400 Bagley Street in downtown Detroit. The club is at the top of the stairwell. (see picture in the link above in the DGN calendar entry) All are welcome. Come meet some of us weirdos. Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Alcoholic drinks until 2:00 a.m., pop and juices served all night. Admission is $4 18 and up, 21 to drink with proper ID (no exceptions). No drugs, weapons, chains, spikes or cell phones. Zoomable map to City Club. MDOT lane closures (The map isn't quite exact. The Ramada is located within the Bagley, 1st, Cass, Plaza Dr. block.) Note: This thread is about who is going to CITY CLUB ON SATURDAY, if you want talk about some other club,going to LCC on some other night,some other place or some other subject? Looks like there are some problems that will only get fixed with a board upgrade for sure. (and a few more potential problems down the line) Eeeks. Looking into the upgrade deal, i know the current DGN "skin" will get hosed (that is the color scheme and such, which, contrary to what you would think, takes quite awhile to reconstruct from the standard "white" colors scheme) Hopefully i can get it done with a minimum of NEW glitches.

I sent out an email to everyone that hadn't opted-out of the admin emails (800 ish people) with the title: A Request for Help / Suggestions (DGN) Basicly saying "any problems with DGN? (of any sort)" ? Let me know... To which there was , zero replies. My question is did anyone actually get that mail? I know my one test account did not. Just trying to figure out if thats yet another thing i need to fix or not.

The problem with the random chars when you try to view thumbnails is , i think a related problem with the fact that the "report" button gives an SQL error. Which, god help us, might require a board version upgrade. Which im looking into at the moment. SCARY, somone hold me. *invisions (no pun) glitches galore with a version upgrade*

Thanks everyone, you are great. =) *wipes away tear* I am going to try and get more involved with things, but i need to be careful health-wise. Haha.. slinger. Man after my own heart. There are more cards (and if there werent and we needed more i'd just get more printed) the problem , as since the earliest days is the distribution, largely my own fault. Hopefully we can hook up at some point but it probably wont be fore awhile unfortunately. =( I totally apreciate the offer of help though.

Hrmm, looks like its only showing the "random" line of images instead of both the "random" and the "newest" ill see if i can fix this right now.

This problem is in relation to the gallery correct? Is this still a problem? I cant seem to duplicate it. Maybe in the course of fixing the other things this got fixed. Let me know if its still a problem.

Ok i found a problem in the global settings of the board which was causing various problems. I tested the "cant stay logged in" thing about 5 different ways and it seems to be fixed in all cases. Im about to declare the problem "fixed". You may have to delete your cookies / offline files for it to work thought as your browser may be storing an old version of the website.
