If you've ever had to find a food bank, I gotta say its demoralizing. But we have to do what we have to do. Medicaid the republicans love to steal from is the main reason I'm alive right now. Medicaid is health insurance for the ultra-poor, NOT easy to qualify for. Also have had no real sleep in 3 days but the sunday video needs to get done... and all 5 hours of video I shot is now corrupted. Will have to sleep-walk some random content out sometime between now and the end of the day.

Whoring the videos out to various relevant places. Just so EXHAUSTED. Plus a bit disheartened. Just feels like mountains of work, with minimal payoff. Hopefully that will change as time goes on.

Crazy how long these still take! Spent quite a long time making what look like simple digital assets with House Spiral people's runes for re-use in this one. Made them in photoshop and will upload them to DGN in a bit. I Plan on using them a lot in the future so figured it was worth the time to make some digital "clean" symbols with transparent backgrounds so they can be overlaid on future content. @Moe Falcon @sekhmet2002 @Stu @NocteSpiritus @TronRP @Draco1958 @Nitewolf Several more would fit on this list but just have not expressed any interest. I think that is everyone that I'd currently call a "HS Household Member" (Different than a family member). In some cases people might already "qualify" they just have expressed no interest. A family member is anyone that we can trust not to screw us and helps / thinks kindly on house spiral and supports us in some way. A HOUSEHOLD member is someone that fits the aforementioned and also supports us in some more significant ongoing way, also has no bigotry against (but doesn't have to be into) Goth / LGBTQ / BDSM / Nerddom / Cats. Not to say that list couldn't be rapidly expanded. We just need to see effort in that direction. It's fairly easy to do, but not easy to find.

Long term, in a year or so we will vote on which is the least popular subject at that time and then vote on a replacement. I will veto getting rid of Goth, BDSM or MTG.

The House Spiral Subjects and Why Half of these started as votes on the House Spiral Gothic Facebook page. The plan was to give votes made there the standard 1 person 1 vote. Then blend that with 10x voting power by anyone on the same question here on DGN and 50x voting power for actual dgn / house spiral / the troy spiral show $uppoerters. I'm the end the voting on HSG Facebook was so overwhelming that no matter how many votes we got here it would not have mattered except in one case (Vampire the Masqurade instead of MTG, but homie is not running a freaking larp, I just don't have that kinda time anymore I don't even have time to play MMOs, Larp is a whole other order of magnitude) The idea is the 100% truth that we need as a species to be more social. Especially us introverts. Not 'fully' social, but more actually connected. Especially for introverts, 'occupational therapy' is the gold standard to build stronger connections. What that means is instead of just pure 'random chit chat' you play games / discuss subjects that require interaction but the focus is on the activity more than the socializing so it's less stressful. Additionally, similar subjects, commented over time, regardless of subject are the effective subjects. The subjects may not be anything we were already interested in. We just pick a few and put a little effort in to learn a bit and then do/discuss them. Online or real life, preferably both. We don't have to be 'into' the sunjects, bit should not be bigoted against people that do. The categories: Academic Subjects Science (general) American History / Politics / Economics Psychology / Mental Health Honorable Mention: Fine Art Science Fiction: Star Trek Fantasy: Game of Thrones Horror: Supernatural Honrable Mentions: Star Wars, AHS, TWD >>>Anime: I thought about doing one anime but since I'm so out of the loop on anime right now I didnt know what the parameters should be. I'm thinking: extensive English translation, gothy or science fiction, also a large fan base and still actively produced. Thoughts? Thanks to everyone who bothered to reply. It's encouraging. Thanks to tron for doing such a good job with DGN and posting these threads consistently. I might not be able to do the "custom" cards today I'm feeling super sick and rushed (for 100 different reasons) I'll be doing good to make the cards and drag myself to the gathering. (Which I plan on doing unless I'm just crazy sick whenever possible, or if I'm in danger of missing the sunday video deadline (house spiral in general, the gathering, and youtube are now my "job" and I think I'll be focused on it and its various aspects for life.) Going to try and not die limping to the hospital to see moe. (No gas, no gas money, the oil is screaming at me but fuck it, dead tired and it's not a close hospital) But since she is in house spiral I'm trying to do my best to put my actions were my words are, PTSD and stupid insomnia be damned. The cards are printed out right now, I'm hoping in the future to do better about posting pictures (it helps get people to pay attention to us) . Just the health keeps kicking my ass despite my best intentions. I'll keep at it.

@TronRP and @NocteSpiritus make an appearance. Might not look like it but that is around 40 hours of work 20 for the video itself and then another 20 to jump through all the hoops you have to to get youtube to pay attention. Crazy how cut-throat youtube is.

Wow how did I miss this. Thanks brother. No Youtube account? Is that even possible in 2019? Do you have no google apps or any google products? If you do you have a youtube account, its sorta automatic, people do often think they don't have an account. My mother didn't think she did.
