Haha... "Jurassic Park" meets the remake of "The Mummy" in late 19th century France. Luc Besson seems to be hammering home his love of strong, beautiful, heroines. Will someone finally give this guy his god damn feminist cookie already? We believe you, Monsieur Besson, now move the fuck on and give these girls some depth too.

Jabba the Hutt is my favorite Star Wars character. Return of the Jedi was the first non-animated, non-Disney movie that I ever saw and his appearance in the beginning was an integral part of my formative childhood years. He was like nothing that I ever saw before. Prior to this, I had also been shown aliens that were simple, green, big-headed manipulators that wanted to take over the Earth. Jabba looked, acted and sounded like nothing I had seen before or since. A landmark in puppetry too.

I agree. It's such an easy, cop-out way to have attention-getting gothy hair. Only thing is that it's no longer attention getting since every other goth chick out there stomping along to Combichrist and Wumpscut has these things on their head.

I am pretty sure that I will be going. I just need to figure out if I can get a ride, and a tent, and if my girlfriend wants to go.

I'm never going to City Club again. I thought I would have warmed up to the place after having been away for so long, but I felt so disassociated from the whole scene, the fashion, the music, the age of the people there, etc. Oh, and I know it is a beaten horse to pick on DJs... I know that they are reflections of what the general population wants to hear and cannot be expected to play the same songs for 15+ years, but god damn: I HATE THIS COMBICHRIST AGGRO EBM SHIT! It is not real music. I felt the same disinterested irritated way when I hear hip hop music at clubs. Other than Msterbau and F0rged, I didn't meet any other DGNerates.
