  4. Turn It On, Turn It Up, Turn Me Loose, by Dwight Yoakam (change all the "she's" and "her's" to "he's" and "him's" and we're cooking with gas) Well, I'm back again for another night, Of trying to break free from this sadness that I can't lay to rest. This old honky-tonk sure does feel like home, And the music with the laughter seem to soothe my loneliness. So turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose, From the memory that's driving me lonely, crazy and blue. It helps me forget her, so the louder the better: Hey mister, turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose. If a tear should fall, if I should whisper her name, To some stranger I'm holdin' while we're dancin' to an old Buck Owens song. I know she won't mind, she won't even know. She'll be dancing with a memory, crying teardrops of her own. So turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose, From the memory that's driving me lonely, crazy and blue. It helps me forget her, so the louder the better: Hey mister, turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose. So turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose, From the memory that's driving me lonely, crazy and blue. It helps me forget her, so the louder the better: Hey mister, turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose. Yeah, mister, turn it on, turn it up, turn me loose.
  5. Hehehehehe..me too. JINX! We MUST be sistahs from anothah mothah..
  6. Lonesome Blues, by Shooter Jennings Another lifetime lived in a long night I'm watching the sunrise before I lay down to sleep Livin' at parties, watching my twenties hittin' my thirties, and letting it go But that's all I've been livin' for When there's nothing left to lose anymore If there's a door, I'll go through-- and walk right into my lonesome blues Running my friends off I cheat and I get caught They tell me that I'm lost but i don't care anymore I'm having a free mind Living a free life Knowing that my flight is gonna crash and burn But that's all I've been livin' for When there's nothing left to lose anymore If there's a door, I'll go through-- and walk right into my lonesome blues Writing my stories on my worst mornings Pulling my heart strings to help me find myself Living with my past Smokin' up my grass and having a good laugh just to lose myself. But that's all I've been livin' for When there's nothing left to lose anymore If there's a door, I'll go through-- and walk right into my lonesome blues And walk right into my lonesome blues
  7. Ridin', by Chamillionaire I'm about to fall off the wagon this evening; see my posts in "Sexiest Jobs." Heaven help me. target="_blank
  8. I'm twinkle-twinkling, now-- I haz cigs and beerz..and how the holy hell do you make a Batman from a Marlboro box? You'll have to demonstrate, Godfallen! Getting ready to unload about 200 lbs of free scrap ash and hickory I picked up in my hatchback at the lumberyard down the road. I plan on having a bit of a bonfire tonight, if nothing else fun happens.
  9. Going to buy coffin nails. I WAS going to finish quitting today, but I'm too angry and ornery right now to go without tobacco. Someone may get hurt if I don't.
  10. Here I go again..I sure do eat at strange hours. This time, it's spicy chicken ramen, with some frozen vegetables and a couple of eggs mixed in.
  11. Garden of Eatin' Blue Corn Chips with Pace Salsa (hot, of course), and a home-made Stroh's Pistachio Almond ice cream milkshake. Food actually tastes good now.
  12. Snuggling with Fionn Bhan (my white Devon mix), and watching "The Lady In The Water."
  13. Peep-eye right back at ya! :p

  14. Here's my "third boob" and I, taken only moments ago. I'm starting to feel a little better. P.S. I call my cat Whiskey my third boob, because he likes to lay in between one and two.. *giggles* P.P.S. WHO IS DOWNLOADING OUR PICTURES???? 15 people have already downloaded this particular photo, and I don't think I even know that many on a personal level from this site! If you are people we don't know coming here to lurk and steal pictures, YOU ARE STALKERS, not guests. It doesn't help when our site entry comes up on Google advertising "hot goth chicks." I wish there was a way to change that. *racks up the pump and aims* DIE, PICTURE-HORKING STALKERS.
  15. I would answer him, "coarsely-chopped Droste Milk Chocolate Pastilles, and honey-roasted macadamias," keeping my hand on the concealed holster in my waistband all the while. I would then tell him, "No false moves, or the cookies get it."
  16. Watching "The Company Of Wolves," and trying to get my awesome friend in Louisiana to come and join DGN. I still feel oogie, as I've had a touch of the flu since early last evening. I'm glad the loo is close to the sink, and my couch fits in front of my computer desk.
  17. Self Control, by Laura Branigan Oh the night is my world City light, painted girls In the day nothing matters It's the night time that flatters In the night no control Through the wall something breaking Wearing white as you're walking Down the street of my soul You take myself you take my self control You got me living only for the night Before the morning comes A story's told You take myself you take my self control Another night, another day goes by I never stop myself to wonder why You help me to forget to play my role You take myself you take my self control I, I live among the creatures of the night I haven't got the will to try and fight Against a new tomorrow So I guess I'll just believe it That tomorrow never comes A safe flight; I'm living in the forest of my dream I know the night is not as it would seem I must believe in something So I'll make myself believe it That this night will never go Oh the night is my world City light, painted girls In the day nothing matters It's the night time that flatters I, I live among the creatures of the night I haven't got the will to try and fight... Against a new tomorrow So I guess I'll just believe it That tomorrow never knows A safe flight; I'm living in the forest of my dream I know the night is not as it would seem I must believe in something So I'll make myself believe it That this night will never go You take my self, you take my self control
  18. Watching Evil Dead for the umpteen-millionth time, only because Bruce Campbell is way hot. I'm still sitting here in nothing but a Nancy Whiskey's t-shirt, my still head full of elf-locks, lacking of any gumption or ambition. Having the flu during summer really sucks.
  19. Can't forget about "Brokedown Palace," by the Grateful Dead-- another good one that gets me every time. target="_blank Fare you well, my honey, fare you well my only true one. All the birds that were singing are flown, except you alone. Going to leave this brokedown palace, On my hand and knees, I will roll, roll, roll. Make myself a bed by the waterside, In my time, in my time, I will roll, roll roll. In a bed, in a bed, by the waterside I will lay my head. Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul. River going to take me, sing sweet and sleepy, Sing me sweet and sleepy all the way back home. It's a far gone lullaby, sung many years ago. Mama, Mama, many worlds I've come since I first left home. Goin' home, goin' home, by the riverside I will rest my bones, Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul. Going to plant a weeping willow, On the banks green edge it will grow, grow, grow. Sing a lullaby beside the water, Lovers come and go, the river roll, roll, roll. Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more than words can tell, Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul.
  20. Watching "Demon City Shinjuku," and trying to wake up.
  21. My cats, my spiders, music, the Internet, my computer, my camera, good food, beer, DGN, sleeping-in late, really good sex, camping, Java Monsters, vintage clothing, free online movies, umm..a lot of other stuff, I just can't think of anything else right now.
