I had an interview with Kellog a little over a year ago where I was asked some very strange questions. They had told me that they had found out that they were some of the questions that Microsoft used for their hiring practices. At the time I thought it was very strange to basically be asked story problems/riddles in an interview, though now I kind of appreciate what they were trying to do. They were trying to see how well I thought on my feet. In fact they were quite surprised by how quickly I came up with the answers...

There are definitely some interesting questions in here. It really tells you alot about a company when they use these for determining employee eligability.
