Yauch just returned from India, where he visited with Tibetan doctors and even attended a three-day teaching given by the Dalai Lama: i'm feeling healthy, strong and hopeful that i've beaten this thing, but of course time will tell. i'm taking tibetan medicine and at the recommendation of the tibetan doctors i've been eating a vegan/organic diet, which surprisingly enough was harder to do in india than it is now that i'm back home. here i can just shop for the right food and cook... a lot easier than depending on restaurants. when i was in india i visited an ani gompa (a nunnery) called jamyang choling. they did a puja (religious ceremony) for me to help me get well. one nun said to me "we do prayers and then you are better." so i've got that going for me, which is nice. Here is a link to the nunnery Yauch visited. The Beastie Boys canceled their tour and delayed their album release this summer to allow for Yauch's recovery. Yauch had surgery and radiation in August. He wrote in his email that he hopes the new record will drop sometime in the first half of next year. You would be surprised how little sex some of us actually get and how few partners we have in a year. All 3 of my current partners I have known for years. The fact he keeps cancelling out on me! First he says come get your seeds NOW then he no have time for me for 2 days Every time he gets out in the workshed He is suppose to call so I can come tape it he never does. I mean, he NEVER FUCKING DOES I am skipping his segment fuck him I am trying to do YOU and I a favor The fact I have to wait till now to harvest most of my seeds...and its now cold and blowing. Cant use gloves or lotion cause they stick. My hands look like shit. Hopefully I am done before the cracking and bleeding start.

Thomas Stacho said. Five female victims were found inside the home, and another female body was discovered outside the home, said Cuyahoga County Coroner Frank Miller III. Miller's office had yet to identify the victims, who all died of "homicidal violence," he said. "They were mostly strangled, it appears," he said.
