Sean Lynch, the main player in 800beloved spends his days working in a funeral home and his evenings writing and recording these quietly magnificent power-pop ditties. You'll hear influence from The Cure, The Psychedelic Furs and a host of other '80s hitmakers on here, all filtered through an ear for dark romance. Clearly Lynch's dayjob filters into his music, whether it be in the gloomy lyrics and corporeally obsessed song titles ('Mortgage Your Organs' and 'The Skeleton Collection') or the slightly unnerving sleeve photography, and you get the sense that somewhere beneath all that gloom lies a Killers-like ear for post-punk bubblegum - closer 'Cut Flowers' could reasonably be retitled 'Brandon Flowers', though this shouldn't be regarded as anything other than a good thing; Lynch is a good enough writer to rub shoulders with big acts, and production-wise his layered, heavily fuzzed guitars make all the right noises.

So...here we are stuggling....and this one neighbor deals...Its soo obvious. Ok she is my age.
