Hey Rev - let me get the details from Doc and I will post them here on this thread (or make a new one about it). The seminar starts a little early then the show begins..... Doc is running a series of these seminars and shows throughout the year.

We are doing a show at the Magic Stick on Feb 5th so that would be too close to that show but... we are not booked any after the 5th show.... but that's soon to change..... send me your contact info anyway and let me know what you have in mind. Sean PS This reminds me..... the show we're doing on the 5th is with Doc of Eprom and there will be a seminar before the show on electronic techniques and the music business - this is 80% geared toward electronica musisians so if you're interested in attending, please let me know and I'll forward who ever wants to go the info. I will be doing a segment on music business and band promotion.

HEY! We're tired of of these little 30 minute sets opening for National acts so again, as we did last year at LUNA.... we're doing an hour set on New Years Eve at New York New York complete with a massive light show! If you were at the LUNA show and liked it.... this one is gonna put that show to shame! It's only $5.00.... you could spend $25.00 and get a glass of shitty champagne and a silly hat but really..... why? Spend $5.00 and save the left over $20.00 on good drinks! We'll be doing some new stuff.... old stuff.... new remixes.... and some new twist on some other stuff.... none stop music from A to Z with out 15 minutes between each song explaining how drunk we are! We go on at 12 midnight so come out and ring in the new year with us hard and loud!

I try not to think of the nastiness.... that is what alcohol is for. As for "another place" besides CC to go too.... we'll that's already been tried.... everyone bitches about how much they hate going there yet don't support any other attempt to give an alternative choice. I shouldn't say everyone because I do know a lot of people did support us when we did it but I did notice the people that bitch the most are the ones who never show up at the other places. Security seems to be better but there have been times in the past that I've seen them act like total jackasses... like they thought they were something special and customers were shit..... um yeah, they don't spend their money and in return you get a paycheck. I got yelled at for merely trying to keep an eye on my wife while she was in the bathroom... I wasn't even in the hallway... I was near the entrance by the bar... I'm sorry but if we go anywhere in Dtown, I am gonna make sure I am there just in case she needs my help or to watch out for her. I told the guy what I was doing and he said... and I quote "I don't give a shit, get the fuck away from the hallway".... I then told him if he really wanted to make a big deal out of it I would be more than happy to oblige him and he was most certainly going to come out on the losing end.... well he then shut up. If he had bothered to say "hey man, if you could can you step back away from the door... its a rule we have because of the fire ordinance". then I would have been cool about it. That is no way to treat the people who are paying for you to be there.... I didn't go back for another year or so after that because I'm not a masochist and I'm not going to pay people to treat me like shit..... now though, things seem to be better.... I enjoyed the last 2 times I've gone there.

Work sux - we should all quit!

We are tired of this and tired of the "ticket prices" I can assure you.... we are looking to do some free shows very soon for those who are having a tough time! It isn't about the money... I hope you (and everyone) knows that.... if we're not seeing fans at shows and we're finding out it's because of the economy (as we are) then free shows it will be!

Just so everyone knows..... there is still a chance to get discounted tickets. We left some tickets at Showtime Detroit. you can get them there at normal price or, if you buy something there, you get $2 off each ticket. So go to Showtime, check out their stuff and tell Dan (owner) we sent ya!

Not sure this is the perfect area to ask but we're looking to put together some cool shows this winter til the spring and are looking for some good electronica based bands/groups for these shows. Industrial, Goth, Electronica, even a touch of metal is welcomed... as long as it still has an electronica base. To be honest, so many things have changed in the area that I have lost track of who's out there so please, if you're interested... shoot me your myspace or web page to contact@cybertrybe.com and let me check you out. Several venues possible and may be able to get you into a good venue with us... what do you have to lose? BTW.... musicians... go check out http://colonized.ning.com. I'm a bit confused. Has Caprica aired yet? It is obvious that this is a DVD version because of all the nudity in it. (I haven't watched it yet, just scanned through it) It isn't suppose to be released til the 21st. But I'm wondering, are they gonna air this on the Scifi channel? I couldn't get a whole lot of info on it on the web site. I am surprised they are releasing the DVD before it airs on the channel.

I'm down loading it now - hope its the real thing.
