Better today... Still a bit worried about my blood pressure... just gota keep an eye on it.

I feel like my blood pressure was just 151/96 while sitting still and for no good reason... looks like a trip to the doctor and medication is in my near future... I feel some eating habits will have to change as well... no big deal... being healthier can only help me right?

I had just seen the story on the morning news (channel 4 i think) and they said they didn't know what happened... I hadn't had a chance to confirm anything elsewhere... just glad no one was seriously injured. Edited for grammer. Still not perfect but oh well.
