  1. Well, if you all know me, you know that I don't like to keep things the same at all. I like change when it deal with appearance. (background images, things like that) SO the old theme I use to use to change the way that my browser looked was getting really hard on the eyes. With the small screen of my laptop, its too close to the eyes and is too big.... so I got rid of it.... Seeing an ad for Google Chrome made me wonder if there was something similar for Firefox. There is.... The only thing is, it doesn't change the way the blank pages look, or the area behind the page (who cares, cuz its covered by a page, and a blank page/new tab doesn't stay naked forever so whatever.) What matters is that it changes the way the top and bottom of the browser. I'm talking the navigation area with all the buttons, and the area on the bottom where it shows the progress of the page loading, ect... With all that being said, here's what my page looks like now: (yes, I took a screen shot of this very page, becuase I'm just totally awesome like that ) Here's how it works: Go to Tools. Click Ad-Ons. Click Themes Even if it is selected, click on the default one. Now, go to http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/ and get the ad-on once that's installed you can use it how you see fit. Its awesome. Have fun. If you use it, take a screen shot, and share with the rest of us. Don't forget to save it in ".png" format, otherwise everything will blur and look icky.
  2. Getting almost overly excessive/obsessive face love from a certain hairless wonder puss ....
  3. I have a lot of gaps in my resume. I don't know how to draw up a Functional resume. I only know how to do a Chronological one. Also, I have no idea how to write a cover letter, or what to include in one. And I'm not getting any call backs with my current resume. Hell, I haven't worked since I got to Michigan, back in 2007... You'd think I was out of work 20 years, not two. So I am asking for help. I know that everyone's got a life and have busy schedules, so I don't need the actual resume until like mid January (When places start hiring for the regular season again), but help before that time would be awesome. You can email me or IM me at GothicRavenGoddess[!at]yahoo[!dot]com Just let me know you are from DGN. Thanks everyone.
  4. Eating an oatmeal cooking, and looking at a book that my room mate got for me "The Indigo Children"
  5. Sitting here, making blog posts, because I'm lame as hell, and there's nothing better to do LOL
  6. The language is so beautiful. I want to learn it. >.< Oel ngati kameie
  7. I was always cut out of pictures that were taken of groups, if I was in them... or if two were taken, and I wasn't in one, the one without me was used... I never appeared in any other section of a yearbook, except the main one that everyone was in... even if I was in a club or group, ect. Yeah, High School yearbook staff hated me for some reason. Go figured... I'm taking the "most likely to give 'em hell" category. and I'm willing to share this title.
  8. May the Goddess shine her light upon you, and wash away your sorrows, and may she bring health and happiness to your father.
  9. I don't know... Cher can dance with a pitcher of beer in her hand, not look like a retard having a seizure, nor spill the beer, so maybe "Most talented dancer" as opposed to "Best Dancer" because I know a few who can dance really well... lol
  10. nu-uh. it would be the rainbow bright version LOL :D Or... I could make one our of grays blacks and whites lol also, the zippers don't have to be horizontal. you can make a zipper dress out of verticle zippers, and use various lengths. hmmm wonder how long the longest (non-gimic) zipper is.....
  11. I can make this. That's easy. the hard part is finding all the same color. lol I just might throw that out the door and just make one out of every zipper there is... LOL
  12. Thank you, sweetie! ^_^ *glomps*

  13. It was done beautifully. It was like watching a documentary, with how much attention they paid to detail... but the 3D was so distracting that I missed a lot of key information giving through out the film about what was going on with earth, and how they got to that point, and why exactly the air was toxic, ect. That and I had a raging headache at the end of the film. It made me feel like I had sat too close to the screen even though I was in the very top row, sitting right under the projection window. :\
  14. I was more talking about it being easier for kids to be taken advantage of, if the bathrooms were unisex in a place where kids also go, along with adults... a guy in the bathroom with a young girl.. in a unisex bathroom, no one would be too worried about him or her being in the same space, because the sex's aren't separate.
  15. I would love to sit here and say that I'd feel comfortable with someone under the age of 14 watching this film. Sadly, I don't. Alot of people being riddled with bullets, a lot of people dying and bleeding. At one point, one of the No'vi horses are running through the forrest, on fire. Also, there is an intimate scene. Neither get naked, but its VERY sensual, and can't be mistaken for anything other than what it is. Its a beautiful film, but the action part isn't appropriate for the young ones. When I saw the film, there were a few kids in the theatre, and as soon as the intimate scene happened, and then the fight scenes, I instantly became uncomfortable that they were in the theatre.
  16. My wrap skirt (that I wore as a dress, last year at City Club, for my birthday), a black tank top, and gray boyshorts.
