my scale says I'm 5 lbs lighter than I really am

hurting.... "take a deep breath, and I want you to cough as you exhale" nothing good can ever come of following those instructions. she took the biopsy as soon as I coughed. I wanted to kick her in the head. then she did a small scraping and i cried. sometimes I REALLY hate being a girl lol I'm a little crampy from the procedure, but most of the pain went away not long after it all got done. I think I'm going to bed early... so damn tired all the time... and HunHee was right. I do need some sun. The Dr prescribed a Vitamin D supplement for me to take once a week.. lol so i should be getting better....

REALLY nervous. I go for a cervical biopsy tomorrow... *bites nails* the upside is I'm going to ask them to do some blood work, take some hormone levels and check my cholesterol and insulin levels.

tired and frustraited. I have been up all damn night working on a computer... scanning it, cleaning it out, getting rid of spyware, ect. and I didn't finish the dishes last night, because of it. I finally have some down time now, cuz its just scanning, but ugh... I'm so tired. 11 am, and it will be 24 hours that I been up... :( if ANYONE says anything about the g-d damn dishes, I'm going to smash their face in with this IBM Thinkpad... yeah, I know... OMG, its done scanning... after almost 5 hours... (3 hours prior to that, cuz the computer had an error and restarted itself, ugh) so yeah, I'm tired as hell..

like i said, sometimes its good to rely on feeling, too. like, I'm at a plateau, yet, my tummy is still shrinking. so I still feel good. that and I had to roll my XL size pants up to keep em from falling to the floor. lol

even if you don't see the numbers change, yet you feel thinner, pants are loser, or you feel better, that's a small victory, because you aren't relying on a bunch of numbers... proof is in the pudding, baby.... or the lack there of, in this case lol

ok, so in the past two weeks or so, I have been extremely tired. doesn't matter how much sleep I get, or even if i get "the right amount" I don't know what's going on. I mean... last night. I went to bed around 1 am, and got up a little before 11 am.... I'm usually ok when I do that... so why the hell am i so damn tired all the time??????
