Exactly, they all are required to provide proof and a cert of live birth is not proof. As far as I am concerned, he was behaving as if he was guilty of not being born here by refusing to provide the birth certificate. I'm flabbergasted as to why he hasn't been impeached yet based exclusively on his Indonesian citizenship. Oh wait, no I'm not. Nobody but the insane wants that other fucktard in charge.
-
If you say so Phee, fortunately I say the opposite is true. I don't give a shit what anyone thinks, I don't want anyone in office that isn't... "Native born." We all know that people with the power he has now can product a fake, not saying that it is, I'm just saying he can. "Gave up their citizenship." You can't become a citizen of Indonesia without rejecting your U.S. citizenship. "Beholden to a foreign power." Calling it a kinetic action does not change what it is. It doesn't have a thing to do with skin color, I decided that Californians where treacherous fucktards when they elected Arnie.

Dud, First off publicly complaining is action. In fact it is the number one action. It may not be eloquent but it does serve its purpose by letting those who are silent know that they are not alone and hopefully drawing them out. It also lets those who are taking more action know that they are gaining numbers. You have to convince others that there is a problem before you can take the next step. You whole post sound as if you believe that all other options are gone and that picking up a fire arm is the only honest action left. To me that sounds like you feel that something is seriously wrong and the last solution is the only viable solution, but we both know that "sounds like" doesn't necessarily equal truth. I understand what you are going through, completely and totally my father and2 of his brothers went through the same thing. The differences are the world is smaller so you have no choice but to be hit by it sooner and you are not directly involved in the true reason behind the protests. Keep in mind tho, it isn't likely that you will return home just to walk off base and get surrounded by throngs of hippies who will spit on you and call you baby killer and the people of today are a lot more willing to hear what you have to say. If they actually listen to it, well that's a different story, but by the very act of you posting, be it well thought out argument, spin or just plane 'ol fashioned bitching, someone will read it and agree or not, start to at least understand where you are coming from. I agree the ACLU is a problem hell their name for the most part is a misnomer. You don't see them standing up for the all free speech just for the free speech that pushes their agenda. You only see them running to the defense of a lefties right to bear arms. They praise someone attacking anti-choicers but as soon as the anti-lifers gets their ass handed back with a boot wedged in it they condemn the anti-choicers for defending themselves. As for the do something, do what? Publicly air grievances to gather support? Participate in protests (translation= low level terrorism) gain more support and to show authority the growing numbers against what ever the protest is directed towards? Get the growing numbers to show their representatives how they are dissatisfied? Or go straight for the gun? You and I both know that it is no anywhere near time for the last option so that only leaves room for the first options that you are bitching about. And that is the equivalent of O'reilly claiming to support the constitution but as soon as someone has a valid point that is contrary to his opinion he starts going contrary to The First Amendment by yelling shut up pin head. --------- Just to make sure everyone knows. The way I treat my cellphone is not out of paranoia, it is out of disdain for people who act like they cant live without them and for people who refuse to understand that the only thing I use a phone for is quick exchange of information. I hate chit chat on phones and it seems that the only way to prevent people from calling is by leaving the phone turned off. The fact that I have to pull the battery from my phone is only because I am a cheapskate who threatened my carrier with a law suit if they didn't support the phone during a reasonable product lifespan I say that is until it breaks or cell tech changes. Fortunately I have enough skill to make battery packs and keep the phone alive.
-
According to the DOD, DOJ, DHS, FBI and NTA publications... Yes. Hell according to them, protesting is low level terrorism. What type of phone? If it is a smart phone, then turning it off wont work. If it is a simpler type that is relatively new then pulling the battery wont work. If you have an older phone or removed the secondary battery the only thing you have accomplished is forcing them to tether. My solution is the exact solution I use because I hate maintaining that level of contact in the first place. Cell phone lives in the glove box without a battery in it and the battery is kept on its own charger. It has only been used during the tree yearly power outages we have out here and onetime because I was not informed that the spare tire was already on the car. I still don't think that the 5 bucks a month is worth it but it gives my wife peace of mind.
-
All I have to say is typical. Well that and bitch about my wife putting me in a position where I have to buy an extra 4 or 5 gallons a week. And about people using the car to go get a pop and bag of chips or to make it even worse, only a block away. Ok I can come up with hundreds of things to bitch about concerning oil and both sides are to blame.

The howler monkeys ain't doing crap except letting the public know and fighting a 500k bill from the state over the information. So the next substantial thing we hear about them concerning this is going to be if they actually have to pay or not. Ya wanna know exactly how the "permission" works? If you weren't speeding all you have to do is let me check the data on your phone to prove it. Fortunately that got countered by the passenger. Was your dash cam on? Trooper said "No" and the passenger said "Then issue the ticket, show up in court, lose and get sued for harassing him. Do I need to explain the law to you?" (yup sometimes color of law works on the law too.LOL) The driver was not speeding when the cop saw him, but had he handed over the data then the cop theoretically could have found out that the driver was speeding earlier and ticketed him for it. For those that don't see how that information can be extracted, some cell phones wile turned on basically passively check for cell towers and some brands keep the data in memory. From there you use the time difference between than the towers signaled and the phone receives the signals to triangulate where the car was at that time. Triangulate two points and and use the time that was recorded at those two points and you can calculate the average velocity the more points the more acculturate the calculation becomes. So lets say you phone is recording the data every 30 seconds and shows you points as being more than 3080 feet apart then you where supposedly doing over 70 mph. Now here is the big problem, everything that effects GPS signals, causing inaccuracies can effect cell tower triangulation but worse due to their lack of elevation. Ultimately I'm more concerned about insurance companies like Progressive who want to make it mandatory for you to have tracking devices installed in your car that they can check willy nilly. After all owning a cellphone is optional. Here is the real kicker. AT 50k a pop for the latest models (the wireless models with a 1/4mile zone) means that only criminals, cops and state sanctioned criminals with badges can get them. Oh and the stupid tech freaks with money to burn. Now the first 3 groups I mentioned are in yet another hi tech arms race, unfortunately for all of them so are the white hats. There are groups of geek working on keeping programs updated to destroy these units and they can not be fixed by popping into Radio Shack. So find and download one if you want your phone protected on principal. Unfortunately the only true effects it will have is in stopping the random use "temporarily" and costing the tax payers yet more more we cant afford.

That's an AR-15. My 12 year came flying down the stairs squealing about it like other girls go off about Bieber. Had to tell her 8 out of 10 in 5 at 100 consistent and she pays for half so she would shut up about it.

A priest sees a little boy stomping his feet up and down so walks over to investigate. "What are you doing boy" he asked. "I'm killing these God damn useless ants." This shocked the priest and he yelled "None of Gods creations are useless!" "Ugh hugh, I can think of lots." "Name three!" "Tits on nuns, balls on priests and these God damn useless ants."

The laws of physics are so incomplete that it can be stated with confidence that there is potential to invalidate what we "know" as fact. Such as we have no proof that the conservation laws are fixed only a belief based on weak evidence that they may be so Noether's theorem states that if in fact they are not then the conservation laws are invalid rendering much of modern physics as incorrect as well. Do I sound like an ultimate skeptic?

DROID X vs iPHONE 4
Vater Araignee replied to Ryle Hira's topic in Movies, Books, Art, TV, Gaming and Computers
What I don't understand is wrangling yourself into a contract so that your expensive all in one toy still works. Give me a digi cam, a netbook, a cellphone that is only a telephone with a tether and a free dial-up isp. That way I can take pictures and see them on a bigger screen. dial up the internet if I cant get free wifi. use all of my sd chips without pulling a battery to switch them. Yeah that's right I haven't handled every cell, just enough to know that it is the norm. buy accessories like a usb gps that go with me when I upgrade. Then again I also threw my first and only cellphone off the top of the Maynard Street Parking garage 4 days after getting it and never got another. I hate telephone chit chat and it is even worse in public. -

My late bedtime says there isn't enough time in the day and I function perfectly fine on 5 hours sleep a day.
