  1. Whooooo-hooooooo!!! Happy Birthday Rev!!! It's time to Par-tay!!!! We'll see you in a few!!
  2. Sorry Taryhn! After re-reading my little podium bit, it is a bit biting. All apologies~I just don't know you in person, so I didn't know exactly how to take what you said. I think Rayne said it best...... and.... I respect all of you for raising families and being yourselves while doing it And, Raev, I totally agree with you! If Nightgaunt and I ever have some little ones, and we cross over to a minivan, ya know there's going to be an awesome DGN sticker on it!
  3. Thanks Eevee! Maybe we'll see you at City this Saturday! :)

  4. Yaaaaaayyyyyyy!!! Congrats on an awesome closing night! We can't wait to see what you have in store for February! Whooo-hooooo!!!
  5. **waves hello!** :)

  6. Heya Taryn! Welcome again to the board! I don't want to offend you, but DGN is a community whose purpose is to bring people together, not to shock, or to frighten people away. We are definitely a different crowd, but we want those that are scared or unfamiliar to ultimately become familiar, and comfortable with us. Fear and disgust are unproductive when it comes to social exchanges. If appalling is what you want, I believe Spencer's in the Oakland Mall has some stickers that would make Manson blush Again, I'm not trying to attack, I just wanted to clarify a couple of things. I hope you've been enjoying the board, and that you continue to explore and get involved If you want a sticker, I believe you can PM founder TroySpiral for further info on the stickers. Thanks Taryn!
  7. Thanks Fin!! This is exactly what we wanted the day to be, and it feels awesome knowing that everyone had a wonderful time together Spread the Love!!

  13. Kisses, hugs, and more kisses!!!! Soooooo glad you guys could be there!! We had a blast! Love the pics you put up! Muwah!

  14. Thanks to EVERYONE for making our shin-dig such a blast! You all looked so gorgeous in your dark attire! UBER duper thanks to Rev and OMG for conducting such a sweet and wonderful ceremony. It was absolutely perfect! You two are Pillars of Awesomeness!! Jynxxx and Stymie’s toasts were marvelous! Where else can one hear a dedication speech with the words “fart” and “dumbass,” and have it all sound so sweet? Stymie, I love you bro!!! And Jynxxx, thank you so much for your lovely words, and all of your help with everything. Getting congrats from HeadWreck was the double icing on the cake, too! And MeanSalley with his friend Mary kick ass!! The drums were wonderful, and enjoyed by all as we hung out by the water. What a gorgeous day!! All apologies for the dollar dance. I enjoyed dancing with everyone, but hated the idea of “paying” to dance with the bride/groom. That was one thing I did NOT want to do, but my grandmother insisted. “No, grandma, no.” “Si, meha, si!” Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. In the end, as I looked down at that beautiful soul in all of her 4 foot 5inches of glory (with most of that being her salt and pepper beehive), I just couldn’t say “No” to that wonderful woman. So thanks a bunch for helping make an old woman happy! “It’s tradition!” she said, as she’s standing in front of her granddaughter wearing a black wedding dress……..**head in hand, shaking** I’m starting to see pics around, which is so cool! Just to let you know, I’m going to save whatever I see for our album! If you’d prefer I don’t just PM me, and I promise not to gank your pics **says with fingers crossed behind back** That group photo kicks ass! And Marc, those are GREAT pics of your girls! They’re so beautiful! Just to warn everyone, you may see MANY pics of me smiling with my mouth wide open like a whinnying horse. No matter how dark, sinister, and creepy I get, I come from jolly stock, so every day is filled with some similar weird contorted laughing facial expression like that. Oh, Nightgaunt, how lucky you are! Lol Thanks to everyone for coming out! We had a fabulous time sharing this moment with our DGN family. It meant the world to us that you were there, and it is something beautiful that we will always remember. We will definitely post pics as we get them from Ross. And thanks so much to everyone for the congrats and well wishes!! Okay peoples……so Nightgaunt and I are now married……..who’s next?!?!?! ...................................................................................................................... I can already hear the colorful tales that could be told generations from now about our little "Finny Buzz Prunkard" lol! Black Jack WALKED from 23 Mile/VanDyke to get to the wedding! And that was after taking the bus from Detroit just to get to 23/VanDyke! Holy Cow!!! I'm not sure if it counts, but can he get some early ManFast points for that? So glad you were there BlackJack!!!
  15. I personally don't think locking one's emotions away is any easier than revealing them. One can put just as much effort in staying entombed within oneself as letting it all out and actually getting to experience all the beauty Life is. And if one slips into a bog of nothingness, I don't believe that cutting one's self, or hurting oneself is the only way to feel something. Even when life is full of dookie, it is our responsibility to experience something good for ourselves. We are not helpless victims in our lives. Sometimes we don't have control, sure, but we need to take control where we can. Pain is about perception. When we can change the way we think about something, we can change the way we feel. This involves all avenues of pain. And I agree with the "old leather jacket" StormKnight.
  16. Thanks everyone!! We're looking forward to seeing all those who can make it out to CC Oct. 10th. Shin-dig is less than two days away now! OOOOOooooooooo!!
  17. As I have never had a child before, there is no way I could do this for anyone or anything my first time. It would be traumatizing for the exact reasons Meg stated. If I had a couple of children already, I may feel different, but I doubt it. Any little baby coming out of this uterus is MINE, plain and simple. I wouldn't want anyone doing this for us, either. If we decided to have children, and were not able to, then we would look to adopt.
  18. Hellz yeah!!! Can't wait to see you there!! Cool! How much I breathe will more than likely be determined by my corset, lol
