Eight Lectures On Yoga My personal favorite book on Yoga... I will now re-read it...& take notes....follow along & ask what you Will...I'll try to be a generous guide... ..let me first state that Yoga means Union.........& that sitting still & bending in "odd ways" is but a single arm of Yoga. ....I'll add that Yoga is by no means easy...but it is a rewarding practice.

I see few that use little for their betterment..I mean REAL betterment..not just shiney new shit..

Oh yeah..I forgot that the root of the REAL problem right now was...a WHOLE LOT of peoples living beyond their means. I see this on both sides of the political fence as well as both sides of the poverty line. THEN a whole bunch of rich dudes (read CEOs & CREW)...sent the jobs away that these workers were so diligently attending to (I know many such workers personally)...they sent them away so they could make more money... MONEY (actually the "love of/LUST AFTER" of money) is the particular root of this evil. FUNNY...that mostly Protestant Christians are at the top of this particular pyramid. (When you consider the etymology.)

..the bible is a mish mash of legend, myth, & visions...supposedly divinely inspired. ...& somewhat stolen bit now & again...the thing is that it tries to teach something...so do those visions..they were just bent to the ego of some asshats. On subject...blaming peoples rarely rectifies the situation. I don't hold any one person or party responsible for these current problems. B's lil' wars over in the mid-east did not do much to add to the economy...it was a money sink for sure. (whether or not it needed to be done withstanding) It was not done RIGHT...no-bid contractors & such... {{the peoples forget the staggering # of $ per day we spend doing that because this house thing hits closer to home}} [pun intended] I am not sure that either party is acting in anything but a pre-choreographed & concerted effort. I have major beef with the media for reporting things in a skewed light...bringing up other shit to cover the shit we found out last week...till it's a pile of shit....I mean...it's a big ass pile of shit...

..& if you know that you are misinformed...you can "take it with a grain of salt".

It IS almost like that.....except they did not make it up....it was "conflicting visions"...in other words...they got the point...but missed the details...peoples often imprint their egos upon Holy Illuminated Inspirations...then start wars over the misinterpretations ie. the mid-east. I know some one who does not like them.......he's WEIRD!
