ALL the greatest military tacticians through the ages acknowledge the fact that an Army marches on it's belly...and since we have so many Hummers, Tanks, Airplanes, Helicopters, Boats, Supply Trucks, Jeeps...the list goes on I am sure...how can we say that the 'War Machine' does not effect it in any way?
