Quit weighing yourself so often
I weigh in once a month, if that... I know I'm loosing because I see and feel it. Don't obsess over it.
A healthy diet is very important.. Make sure you don't set unrealistic calorie intakes for yourself, because you will just gain it all back when you try to go back to eating "normally". Weight loss is a complete lifestyle change.. It is something that is a long term commitment.
& While drinking is not good for a diet, you can watch WHAT you drink.. and maybe cut out a day here and there..
Your liver will love you for it
Stay away from caffeine and drink LOTS of water.. I find those two things do allot for you
