  1. The mostacholi can be healthy, the tomatos in it have lycopene which helps your heart among other things and noodles are low on the glycemic index which means they digest slower and wont raise your blood sugar too much depending on how much you eat. Try the Barilla Wheat noodles those are pretty yummy. When you do cook something try cooking it in canola or olive oil these are pretty healthy and are a good butter substitute. Turkey Chili or Chili with just beans and veggies is healthy. This website right here has some good healthy recipes. I've tried the Hearty Italian Chicken and Vegatable Soup and it was pretty good. Also when cooking with Hamburger try getting ground sirloin as it tends to have a lower fat count. Meijer has some beef called heart healthy it has a little red heart on the package that is pretty good.

  6. Cold my thermostat says its 65 degrees in my house looks like I left the central air on too long last night. Furry because I'm sitting on my bed surrounded by three of my cats and my siamese kitty is shedding already.
  7. Thank you so much. It means a lot to my family and I and we apreciate it. We are hoping we dont have to hire a private investigator, we are hoping that her older brother Rob will have some new information we can use to find her. He was also taken and adopted when he was little and my cousins found him last week and we are all meeting on Saturday at my house. Its exciting but sad at the same time because my aunt passed away fourteen years ago and wont get to re-meet her children. I feel bad for them because they dont get to hear from her why they were taken, my mom has to explain and I dont think it will have the same effect it would have coming from my aunt.

When you use the oven to heat your house in the winter. your had to pretend you had a ken doll and you had handmedown barbies from your much older cousin. you do your christmas shopping at the dollar store. Twenty dollars in your pocket makes you feel rich. You get a hot and ready pizza from little ceasers and think YAY! I have food for the next three days.
  15. A nice thick grilled bloody new york strip steak, the bloodier the better also like maple link sausage, and bison.
  16. Tonight's dinner was Grilled Chicken Alfredo from scratch took me four hours to make my sauce and the dessert was a pecan and chocolate tart also from scratch. So umm yeah I love to cook. I buy Food Network magazine every month, I take an idea from there make it and then the next day I add my own spin onto it. I wanted to take culinary classes when I was younger but I was afraid that it would turn something I love into something I hate.
  17. I know this is an odd place to look for her, I've posted this everywhere just so my family can hopefully find her so I thought why not here? Things and people are always in the last place you look. Here are the details that we know. Her birthname is Angela Calm she was born on 5-15-1983, Might have red hair, possibly brown eyes and also might be blind. She was taken from her mother at birth, and adopted while in a foster home not sure about this but we defintily know she was adopted in Oakland County. I dont have a foster home name nor adoption date for her. I also dont know what hosptial she was born in since my aunt is deceased and my cousins were to little to remember which one. My mother thinks it might be Oakwood in Dearborn. This is all I know so far. If anyone has any information please message me. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!
  18. About ten years ago when I lived in Detroit, we had mice. It was christmas morning and one of the cats caught a mouse, killed it and just left it in the middle of the dining room. My grandma was always the first one awake, her room opened up to the dining room. She comes walking out her room without socks or slippers on and sees the mouse there and she starts kicking it around the house trying to get the cats to play with her. My sister and I got up and she was like "I dont know whats wrong with the cats they dont want to play with the mouse toy your mom got them." My sister and I looked at each other and said to my grandma "Mom didnt get the cats any mouse toys she got them cat treats" (my mom always buys our animals presents for christmas). So we go in the dining room where the mouse was and it was a dead mouse all gross looking and crumpled the way no animate thing should be. She was disgusted she had been kicking around a dead mouse in her barefeet, my sister and I thought it was hilarious. Even though my grandma has been gone for a few years now we still laugh on christmas morning about the time when grandma kicked the dead squishy mouse all over the house in her barefeet.
