They have a really great class at Oakland Community College about CS3. I just took it back in the Winter semester and I was amazed by everything I learned. You don't have to take the class, you can order the book from Amazon.com or CampusText.com and it comes with a CD and everything. (But if you are anything like me, a teacher is REALLY nice to have!) Mr. Levin at OCC was one of my favorite teachers! I would take him again in a heart beat if he ever starts teaching an advanced class! And I agree, having CS3 and NOT altering photos is a crime!

To those of you who distain Crocs....I say this.... You must not have to stand on your feet for your job because I LOVE MY CROCS FOR THAT REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My back and feet do not hurt NEAR as much as they used to now that I am wearing these shoes. They may not be pretty to some of you, but they are guuuuuuuuuooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggous to me! Most effing comfortable pair of shoes I own!!!!! I dare you to try out a pair, and then tell me that you still hate them!!!!!

I have to admit, I personally can't do the underarm hair. I am a fat chick who sweats alot. I would REEK to HIGH HELL if I tried that. If possible, I would like to get zapped by a lazer or something so that various parts of my body never grow hair again! Razors are expensive, and it seems like I am FOREVER shaving...some part of me. BUT (personally speaking) I feel a lot better about myself when I am "cleanly shaven" (laughs) I am starting to imagine the replys I am going to get from that last comment already!

That sounds like what my husband is reading...he is into C++ and other programming books. After I get used to my new schedule (Mids at the Diner) I am going to pick up Kushel's Chosen again, by Jaqueline Carey! That series is EXCELLENT! And I highly recommend it! Quite the page turner, with several plot twists, religious intrigue, romantic entanglements, and the really randy bits are just extra added fun! For those who like historical fiction, I highly recommend it. For those of you who don't...see previous line about it being randy! MCV

I agree with pretty much everything you say! $150 bucks for jeans that have holes in them? WTF? My jeans got holes in them because I actually wore them out! More things that annoy me.... That kids now shop at "Value Village" because it's trendy, NOT because you are looking for unique and cheap pieces that really represent your personality. What is with having crap written all over your arse being seen in public??? Skinny and fat people...don't do it! I F-ing HATE the bitches that work at Hollister and A & F! Just because I am not a size 2, does NOT mean I am NOT A PERSON! Having to pay more for sub-standard clothes because you are a fuller figured dame isn't cool either. People who wear socks and sandals out IN PUBLIC! Wearing PJ's out in public...just makes you look lazy... *one exception* you are sick and need to stay warm = get out of fashion hell free card! Spending $80 on a "Vintage" T-shirt? No thank you, I will hit up "The Sal" or VV thanks! I CAN SAY THIS...because I am a BIG GIRL... There are certain parts of my body, that I KNOW NOT TO ACCENTUATE! By now YOU SHOULD TOO!!!!! Wow, I could go on for hours, but I will stop... After saying this... I have always had dark hair, light skin, and I have always worn dark clothes since I was in high school...many...um moons ago. I got weird looks, and was "little ms. understood" for the better part of my life. But I find the so-called "freaks" are generally more loving, compassionate, and loyal than the "muggles" of the world could ever hope to be. So no matter what people look like be it a freak or a preppie, I will always give them a shot. Judge people by their actions, not by what clothes they wear! "They laughed at me because I was different, but I laughed at them because they were all the same..." as the saying goes... <gets off of soapbox now> end transmission...

I <3 wierd stuff, so I will have to pick it up. I have been reading "The Tao of Pooh and the Te of Piglet" on and off for awhile now, I just finished Little (Grrrl) Lost by Charles De Lint (even though I found it in the Young Adult section, I was really impressed by it!) I have to go to "The N3rd3ry" tomorrow to return some books that I checked out previously...I am thinking about picking up the 3rd book the the Vampire series by Ann Rice, but every time I try to read it I get so...blah...with it after awhile. I saw Chuck P's name on here a few times...I have wanted to pick up some of his books (Fight Club=Like one of my ALL TIME FAV movies!) what do y'all recommend? I will see if I can find the "weird" book mentioned above too! my fav past time ever!
