  1. Being team leader at work pays more, but it's also twice as stressful. >.<
  2. After Resident Evil 5 came out I was thinking to myself "ok, this series will probably fade now" but I was quite impressed after seeing the trailer for 6. Let's hope the game is just as good as the trailer, the trailer for 5 made it seem far more dramatic and climactic than it was in reality.
  3. Good, glad to hear she's getting better!
  4. I would certainly be sad to see DGN go, I found many of my current friends on this forum. :( For awhile though I was donating and got a bit tired of it since the post count was mostly remaining stagnant. It saddens me, but everything changes and people move on.
  5. Meh with a little bit of meh on the side, right next to the meh ketchup. My second draft of my novel is not coming along as well as I had hoped. As a friend pointed out, I went overboard on the plot exposition this time. The main characters seem too constricted, and the feeling of adventure that used to be there is lacking. This REALLY bothers me, this story is my soul Serious reworking is at hand...
  6. It looks like the post count DID actually go up over the past two days compared to normal, lmao!
  7. Strangely enough, I've been feeling the need lately to listen to the music themes Bruce Falconer wrote for the dubbed version of DBZ, even though a fair portion of it sounds ridiculous. Must be nostalgia for my teenage years rearing its head. :\
  8. I felt quite nostalgic driving through Ypsilanti yesterday. I miss that place. :\
  9. Like my CC visit should have been today rather than yesterday. :\
  10. Although I'm irritated that my hair has thinned some in the back of my head, I'm much happier now overall than I was in my early twenties. There was very few people I felt comfortable talking to back then.
  11. Coffee, french toast with maple syrup, my Nook and internet chats with friends. Life is good today.
  12. When it comes to dating and desires, I think it's good to learn to accept and come to terms with the fact one might be single for the rest of their life. It doesn't HAVE to be a bad thing per se, and since such fates are quite common now with some 50% of adult Americans currently single, it's quite likely that many are never going to find "the one". Once a person comes to term with such a reality, rather than pushing it away, they may find that they now have a more relaxed mentality that actually makes them more attractive.
