Tracey's Corner Cafe has been sold (as of a week ago) to longtime Trixie's stalwart Mike Anton, who graced Trixie's stage regularly. It's been renamed the Dovetail, and y'all can come see me opening for local singer-songwriter Lisa Hurt on Saturday, June 15. I believe we're starting the show at 7 PM and ending at 10 PM, so you can come see us and still get your club on in full afterwards. $5 donation. :D

A good friend of mine was at that Clash show; he, along with a few dozen other people who got there super early, got to go inside and watch the Clash turn their soundcheck into a mini-show. :D The Pretenders played that roller rink at some point, too. :D
