  4. No links provided; I'm sure you can find some, and I'm too lazy. Anyway, Texas Republican US Rep. Ron Paul and Vermont's Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (not as odd a political couple as you might imagine, with both swimming in political street cred) are teaming up to pass legislation authorizing an audit of the Federal Reserve. Bernanke & co. are already squealing like stuck pigs over the prospect. Should be good!
