I read in a different article that what the Supreme Court actually did here was send it back down to the lower court that made the ruling that led to the case being appealed to the SC; apparently, the SC wants the lower court to reconsider their ruling. Anyway, people would do well to read Justice Alito's comments. The justices who voted in the majority are certainly not looking at this as a simple "yes/no to ownership" proposition. In case you're wondering, I'd be pretty anti-gun if it weren't for the whole black market problem.
