Annoyed as hell with my school. I missed today because I couldn't get out of my driveway this morning due to the 3ft of snow that drifted in over night. The college didn't cancel as usual even though every other school in the freaking area was closed, apparently because they don't care about the people who drive 30+ miles just to get there. Then I read an article in tomorrow's paper on how the college has set a date for fall to go to a totally smoke free campus. I can understand them not wanting people to be standing in front of the main door smoking, but JFC 80% of the students smoke and don't stand by heavily used entrances. Their main reasoning behind it? "Well the hospital recently went smoke free so we should too since it's in the mission statment that we want to support wellness." Last time I checked this was a fucking college where ADULTS are paying tution to keep the place fucking opened. I'm seriously considering writting a letter of complaint on this issue. /rant

Chatting with my friend Adam, and stewing over a new policy my school is adding in the fall that I think is completely ridiculous.

Dad did that with the snow blower. If he wasnt home it definatly wouldn't look as nice, seeing as I would have just shoved.

I'm reading "The Other Queen" by Philippa Gregory. She's the same lady that wrote "The Other Boleyn Girl". It's a really good book.

Better than I was this morning. I got stucking my driveway even with the 4x4 on. So I went back to sleep declaring a freaking snowday. I'm happy though because I have a job interview on wednesday.

I tried Atkins once..but I like bread and pastas way to much to give them up.

Starting in the morning I'm going to be walking for at least 15-20 minutes on the treadmil. Then in the afternoon another 15-20 minutes

I've gained two pounds but I think that's because it's my girly time and I'm eatting everything in sight.

A snow day tomorrow. Seriously we got almost a foot of snow this weekend and the plows hardly went by, so I don't want to deal with the roads in the morning.

Oh I know a bunch of people who do alterations, and I can do them too. Thanks everyone who's given advice. I think that on Tuesday after my tutoring appointment I might drive to one of the bridal shops and see what I can find.

Yah I know, but I absolutly hate shopping. Hopefully by the time of the wedding I'll have dropped 40 pounds. Time to start working out seriously.

So I've been told that I need to start looking for a dress for my sisters wedding in September. And it apparently has to be a dress since I have been forbidden to wear pants of any kind lol. So I was wondering since I suck as fashion if someone could help me find something. I want something thats made from a lighter fabric like a knit jersey since it's an outdoor wedding, and also something brighter colored. I'm not to worried about the length that much, but basically I want this dress to be something I can wear again. I found this one that I really like and might possibly get, but it's a little pricey since it's Alfred Angelo.

I feel like I found a dress for my sister's wedding. Other than that I'm bored as hell, since we got like 8 inches of snow today. And we're supposed to get more tomorrow.
