So I'm considering moving downstate sometime next year, just so it gives my mom and brother time to get stable with the money situation and me time to adjust to the idea and what not. Well anyways, what are some good areas to live in that have like income based apartments since I'm on disability and a fixed income. I'm also considering a room mate since living alone is usually a bad idea for me.
Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
And to and:
Fucking seriously, what the hell is so wrong with preparing for if disaster strikes. At least then you're not running around like a chicken with your head cut off. I'm a survivalist prepper Cher, does that mean I belong to some cult? I don't even watch Beck, my Da did though, and the man occasionally made some good points.
Beck is a Mormon. Their church doctrine teaches them to have at LEAST a years worth of food, clothing and fuel on for emergencies. It used to be 2 years but they changed it. I own a copy of the Preparedness Manual the LDS Church puts out ever few years. The Mormon's are going to be one of the few groups of people to survive if the something ever does happen that takes out government or something along those lines.
The man has a point.
Also I show up to things when ever I can and half the time I really don't know anyone since I live up in BFE but dammit I still go. Although I'm not going to this since I'm going like the week before.
You are more than welcome to come walk with us I just warn you it's like a 3 mile walk or something ridiculous like that, and it's kinda hilly so wear very comfortable shoes.
I live up by Alpena. I understand the avoiding large groups, if it wasn't for my sister and her kids doing the walk I don't know if I could do it myself. This is one of those things I have to force myself to attend and do and just suffer the anxiety for later.
