I don't know much about the divorce part (never had a woman who could put up with me long enough for it.).
But as far as getting healthy, don't diet. Make a total change in your eating habits. All fitness is 70% diet, 30% exercise.
Since my work let me know that I will not be getting 30+ hours like I was last year I'll make school my number 1 priority. I know it doesn't start till fall but still.
