I feel like tomorrow is going to be a lot better than today. I'm in an eh place mentally.

I'm very tired. I have a lot of work to do and not enough time.

I just need someone to point out that music scene to me I guess. I had my brothers show me alternative rock, so that is where my roots went. I like all music, but some of it gets on my nerves. My big things are I can't listen to all rap, hip hop, or r&b. I can take some of it, but not all of it. Besides that I'm open to new things and try to appreciate music as much as I can. That is my planned future feild so I try to listen to it all.

Yes. That happened last summer. I am a Broadcast and Cinamatic arts major. I'm trying to get my bachlor's of applied arts. My dream job is to be a radio DJ. I have a double minor. The first is media, design, production, and technology. The second is journalism. I don't have a job anymore since I moved. I'm still in love with Metro Detroit and go back as often as I can. I'm currently with someone, but things are on rocky terms so even though we are "engaged" we will see how that plays out. But yea that's it in a nut shell I guess. I'm still a wierdo, I don't know goth music to save my life, and mount pleasant is the worst place in the world to be if you like anything alternative.

What can I say? CMU has me running circles like a dog. I'll do my best to stick around this time. Maybe finally figure out how to use this forum. It's very different fromt the other one I'm on.

This is the part where everyone starts to hate me.... I never heard any songs from a goth band. I've heard the sex pistols and rancid, but that's about it. What got me into the goth scene was more of the ideology and the things I liked wearing. Heck if any of you asked me I wouldn't even know who to listen to. I listen to pretty much anything. I tend to listen to alternative rock the most. though.

I'm still around. I haven't been able to get on here much due to moving out to mount pleasant for college. I'm probably going to sift around here to see what is going on and what there is to do when I go back home.

I have never been to a club ever! So I don't know where any of those are located. Sad thing is I used to live in Hamtramck and my brother still lives there. I don't even know where that one is. Is it right behind the video 22?

How to do everything and anything. Like moving around to putting up my pictures and working on my profile to finding my way through the threads here. Like I said, this is nothing like any other forum I have been to before.

I play guitar and I just like to have a good time. Umm I don't really understand how to move around here very well. This place is definatly a lot different then any other forum i have been on. Some help of how to do things and get around would be appreciated.

Well I'm new here. I actually found this place through a myspace of a person that was friends with my brother. I have been goth ever since I can remember. I just kinda wanted to come here, maybe make new friends in the area (since I don't know anyone besides myself in the detroit area that is goth). I also wanted to find some good places to go to and just have a good time. So I think I have said my peace.
