The plastic surgeons I work with wouldn't do extensive plastic surgery (i.e., stuff that requires general anesthesia, hospital time,) on anyone until a few months after a social stressor, when they had time to get over it. One of the 3 breast augmentations I did was a few months after a divorce, and he was debating whether to see if counseling would be helpful. The only exceptions were for health reasons (breast reductions due to back and neck issues from their size,) or for reconstructive purposes (breast reconstruction/augmentation after mastectomy.)

1. I am having flashbacks to MItzuko Souma from the novel/movie/manga Battle Royale. 2. Psychiatrists/Psychologists won't diagnose her as a personality disorder until she is 18 (with her, most likely antisocial personality disorder (implies permanent/persistent part of personality,) e.g. Charles Manson,) in the hopes that she can be changed (behavioral disorder (implies behavior that can be modulated.)) Personally, I don't think they will be able to.
