Intern: *evil grin* I was one year old! *evil cackle*
*me hearing the fractures of age developing in my lumbar vertebrae, grabbing for walker*
I was the second oldest resident in the program, with a 4th year being the oldest. This intern was the youngest. This was a running joke between the old codgers and the babies in our program. ("Hey youngin'! Are you going to need a bottle and diaper change before going into that hernia?") All in good fun.
No, no. Forcing the issue may quiet down the complaining for a bit, but is a setup for disappointment, and most likely, the loss of friends. I think finding common interests is the best bet. The only thing I haven't tried (for lack of *single* women in the hobbies/interests.)
