They need to be prescribed.

Well, I just spent roughly $50 on new boots and fishnets yesterday. And for a pair of these contacts, it will probably be around $70 with shipping. And I'm going on a trip soon.

I didn't even answer the second part to pRick's question, haha! So, here goes... When I was a kid I often repeated costumes. For a few years I repeated both the Wassup Scream (Scary Movie) and a purple/black joker. As I got a little older, I just threw random clothes together (Tripp pants, fairy wings, etc.). It got better when I was in highschool. My senior year (October 2007), a friend threw a Halloween party prior to Halloween. She gave us all masks to form our costumes around for a contest. I got a white cat mask, and won the contest. On Halloween that year, I planned to stay in to work on homework...but said fuck it, and threw together an old man costume. My freshmen year of college (October 2008), my friends and I planned our costumes together. We went as Batman characters, and I was The Joker. I planned to go to the club as a Raspberry Girl, but my friend's decided to ditch me for another party, so I was stuck at home. My second year of college (October 2009), I went to my friend's annual Halloween party as a lion (Yeah, I dunno...) But transformed it into a "Eevee" costume by cutting off the lion tail, making a hole to fit a fox tail through, and wearing fox ears. Halloween of 2010, I went to Devil's Night (and Chern's party) as Velma. At work, I was Pikachu. Then I decided...fuck cutesy/girly/sexy costumes. Halloween is meant for awesome/terrifying costumes. And that's how I came up with the one for this year.

To buy...or not to buy. That is the question. I already ordered a new pair of boots yesterday. Now I'm debating on getting black contacts for my Halloween costume...

I haven't posted in here...? Odd. The last full book I read, I finished in June. It was Neal Stephenson's "Snow Crash" and it kept me company while in Japan. I then picked up "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams. Not too far in to Hitchhiker's, I spotted "Nightwatch" by Sergei Lukyanenko at a Border's. I've been wanting to read it, so I bought it...and my interests have turned to that. It sucks because I only really find the time to read when I either devote to it, or just before bed. It takes me forever to get through books because of that. Edit: I did post...its just been a while.

Disappointed.

Are you going to cancel on me again?

He is no longer an android. He is now a vending machine. But...in more detail (so tired...) : I arrived with VictoriaVengeance...we had lots of fun with her disappearing on me randomly (grr) and learning that she was actually adopted by Daddy Nobyl and Mama Vee (dun dun duuuun). Oh, and we had a weird telepathically-connected moment involving thumb wars. Spent a part of my night following around drunk Chernobyl with her glowing panda eyes. Chatted briefly with Constantin and also got a kick out of him dancing with Chern. Dispensed some pretzels from Pestilence's vending mechanism. I was very pleased to get to talk with phee in person again. I wish he could get out more. A tipsy Iris amused me with hyperactivity. I got a chance to talk to killyosaur a few times through the night. Nocker's GF talked to me some. She really is a sweetheart. Its a shame it took so long for us to actually have a conversation. Nocker himself was SO pumped...especially during Join in the Chant. So awesome, haha! And Saint, my dear friend, always awesome to see him and hear him play. I loved being at a place where I could comfortably dance to his music. And also, much thanks to him for the delicious cake drink (that Nocker's GF recommended). Overall, an excellent night. But the ride home was a total bitch. I now hate the colors yellow and blue.

Tired...but don't feel like napping...such a dilemma!

Do people no longer combine their posts? -
ALRIGHT. So. I just returned home from this event (after fighting through football-crazed traffic) and I need to be up in less then 6 hours. BUT. I needed to post first. And say, that this night felt a lot like a dream. Its been SO long since I've been able to hear DJ Saint play in this setting and I sincerely miss those days and hope to see them a lot more. It was also surreal FINALLY seeing DJ Nocker play for such a responsive audience. Along with that...dancing with a drunken, glowing Chernobyl; while also seeing phee lurking (and dancing!) in the background...much approved. It was nice having a break from City. I need to try it more often. I look forward to more of these nights. Oh, and Pest, thanks for letting me steal your pretzels.

I'm generally a pretty easy sleeper. I have habits of randomly falling asleep at close friend's houses. But usually when I can't sleep its because I'm sick, seriously troubled, or I have a tattoo/piercing/injury that interferes with my usually sleeping position (I got little sleep last night because of this )

My back is so fucking warm! Dx I guess this is how it feels to wear a shirt over a fresh tattoo...

I'm not really worried about what other's have to say about it. There's always mixed opinions on movies and its not really a waste of time unless it's absolutely horrendous (unlikely). I'll probably just watch it sometime when it's out of theatres.

A teleporter.

Are you sure?

Sure, there are always people that don't fit into those standards...but for those that I'm interested in enough to actually date, there's usually something of that sort that interrupts the chances. Besides, I don't go after people who are already taken. Its pointless.

Freddie Mercury is on Google's main page right now...pretty awesome

I'm starting to think I unconsciously seek for relationships in situations that have no hope. Either for some reason the guy isn't able to date me, is uninterested, has someone else of interest/is taken, or he lives too far away. Oh well. Not that big of a deal, lol

What is your favorite movie and why
Eevee replied to theremper's topic in Movies, Books, Art, TV, Gaming and Computers
Pride & Prejudice (the 2005 version)...I'm a fan of Jane Austen and I love the plot and storyline. The actors did an excellent job in the film and the soundtrack is beautiful. There's amazing scenery as well. -
Just released last Friday. From IMDb I'm usually not a fan of these sort of movies (scary movies, especially about the unknown)....but I'm immensely curious about this one. I may suck it up and go see it. Anyone else intrigued by it?
