  1. Add a conditioning day to your routine and use Tabata intervals when doing it, that'll help keep you from gaining a bunch of unwanted fat. Even with my somewhat crappy diet I managed to gain 30some lbs and lower my BF% a bit at the same time when I was doing the conditioning. No such thing as too strong Rev. Not in my experience anyway. Kinda the point.

  3. I love zercher squats because they have huge athletic carryover for grappling. It's great to see the look on the 350lb guy's face when you loft him up from the ground during a takedown. I blame this ability on a combination of zercher squats and power cleans. On the other point, EAT MORE DAMMIT!
  4. Back on my original powerlifting program. I love zercher squats. How's everyone else doing?

  6. I'm being bad. Pizza. It's like kryptonite for me. Although I did eat healthy the rest of the day, so I guess it's not too bad.
  7. I train every day but Sunday, usually twice a day. I'm currently focusing on stand up. My diet still kinda sucks, but that's mostly a result of forgetting to eat until the last minute.

  8. Training is going great, thanks for asking. I'm currently training with an eye to compete in either kickboxing or MMA within the next 6 months.

  11. Lifting regularly again, and doing 2 a day trainings + extra conditioning at the gym. Seems like my body composition is changing for the better.

  13. Agreed. My uncle who moved from here to New York buys a case of Faygo whenever he's in town to take back with him. Such is the power of Faygo.
  14. Awesome. Just got a new customer, made some friends, and got to throw people at the ground. All in all a great weekend.

  16. Get, no. Make, yes. It's just a question of time investment. Since that's the case, maybe naked. I tend to procrastinate about this kind of thing.
  17. I'd like to go. I very much doubt that any of my old garb fits me anymore though.
  18. Hungry. Food time is now. No more distractions.
  19. I've done some Krav, and have a friend who got locked into a year long contract. IMHO it's a good "realistic self defence" plugin for other more complete, systems of fighting.
