  1. Mine too. Damn Krav! I need a massage or a visit to the chiropractor or both, in the worst way.
  2. Thank goodness I did that bootcamp workout on Thanksgiving morning. It was pretty intense and to be honest I wanted to fucking vomit towards the end. Our workout consisted of 25 sets of stairs (up/down the stairs is 1 set), squat with barbell to reach 7000lbs, shoulder press with barbell to reach 5000lb, 125 reverse crunches, and 125 sit-ups. I ended up doing 160 squats and 125 shoulder presses with a 45lb barbell to reach the goal weights of each exercise. I could hardly walk for two days.

  5. Fix-a-flat is to fix a tire, not your flat ass. I can't believe people inject that into their body.
  6. I went to the U2 concert this summer, worth EVERY cent and the pain in the ass stairs at Spartan Stadium. I paid a little over a $100 bucks for the Rammstein tickets, to me it's worth every penny. I've been a fan of Rammstein for years.
  7. Tickets go on sale tomorrow. I'm getting mine.
  8. Monday, I went to Krav Maga class. Got taken down by one of the bigger guys in class and my head bounced off the floor. Good class though. Tuesday, more Krav. Today, ground-fighting. We did some take-downs. Good class. I'm sure I'll improve a bit more if I consistently go. Level 4 test is in January, the week before my surgery. Perfect timing.
  9. First workout of this week was tonight. It's been crazy this week, hopefully next week will be better.
  10. I really like helping teach the kids' Krav Maga class.
  11. I went to Krav Maga class and the KM conditioning class after. I love the conditioning class. Part of our warm-up was to walk 10 steps, while holding two kettlebells above our head, then squat. We did this with a partner so I went half-way around the block and then my partner. My instructor said out of all the guys in the class, my squats were the deepest. I don't do prissy squats. I need to get my shit together. I want to test for Level 4 and the test is suppose to be in January.
  12. Management is trying to get me to work on my vacation. Not cool considering this is my first vacation in a year.
  13. Been a while since I last posted. I've been lifting weights. Went to ground-fighting class last week. It was me and one other guy so we had to work together but overall I think I did really well. I just have to keep moving and not remain static when I'm down. I'm going to kick up the workouts a notch this week since I'm on vacation.
  14. I could do without these bouts of self-hate.
  15. I bought my own weight set today. It's got a five foot barbell and 100lbs of weights. I'm going to split my workouts by alternating upper and lower body exercises. I've got a lot of upper body exercises written out that I'd like to do on the days I work out the upper body. But for lower body, I only have squats, Romanian deadlifts, calf raises and lunges using dumb bells. Any other suggestions for lower body exercises?
  16. Soaking three different kinds of beans so I can cook them and freeze them.
  17. Oh for fuck sakes!!!!!! Why can't he just go away? Why the sudden need for attention from me? I seriously have spent the last two weeks trying to forget about him and he sends me a message last night. He says he may skip the morning cross-training class and go to the conditioning class at night. Fuck!!! I don't want to see him. And I told my friend I would go to the conditioning class with her. And I'll be at the class before that class. :wallbash: Stupid fucking asshole. I hate him!
  18. 8 rounds of tabata on the treadmill then some cross-training exercises with my kettle bell. I also went to ground-fighting.
  19. Advanced Krav Maga and cross-training last night. Today, Krav Maga and KM conditioning class.
