I did better today, I think. I didn't count calories but I'm pretty sure I got around 1600-1700. I had yogurt with 1/4 cup of granola, half of a mini-bacon/mushroom/cheese omelette and some hash browns, 6 pieces of shrimp tempura sushi(they were small) and I just ate 1/2 cup of pasta with meat sauce and I'm gonna drink a protein shake an hour before I go to bed(gotta have my protein). Water intake was good, got two liters in today so far. It's hard because sometimes I feel like I'm going backwards because at first I cut my calories to lose weight and I did, but now I need to eat more to continue to lose weight. You and Torn are right, it's the muscle.
