I'm mentally preparing myself for work tonight. It doesn't matter anyways since I only work tonight and then I'm off for a couple of days so I am about to go into "I don't give a shit, let it hit the fan" mode.
I wonder if Splenda is as addictive as aspartame. At any rate, I prefer Splenda over sugar. Too much sugar in anything I eat makes me tachycardic and feel sick so I'm stuck with artificial sweetners.
I was all gung ho about going to the gym after work this morning but it isn't happening. I have Krav tonight, will probably go to the gym after to lift weights.
I'm tired but otherwise fine. I got home from work an hour ago and started making some chili and protein bars. I'm going to get some sleep soon..hopefully...maybe...
No weight-lifting for today but I did do the elliptical for 45 minutes this morning. I'm trying to decide if I want to go to that new fight conditioning class at The Fighting Fit or just go to the gym..
