I meant Holy Trinity..(father, son, Holy Ghost)...I forget that it's a Baptist thing sometimes..see that's why I am eclectic because I believe things make sense in so many religions that I don't want to just exclude all of those beliefs that I can apply to my life from other spiritual sects. Especially considering that my therapy group that I'm in is technically based partly on Buddhist beliefs and it's the only thing that has ever been actually life changing to me.

I should have went to church now I get to go to work all week and see the pastor and the one guy who's super friendly in there working out every morning who I told I'd come this Sunday so now I've officially lied to church folk. I didn't mean to lie it's just I'm lazy and not 100 percent sure that's the right church for me, I mean I still like my crystals and horoscopes and overall eclectic spiritual views even though I also believe in Trinity 🤷‍♀️😪

This injury has really scared me. I felt alone and vulnerable, it was weird...a weird feeling. I been doing good emotionally and I don't want this to send me into a damn rabbit hole of depression and self hatred again and being on steroids is not helpful for me emotionally. I just feel worried.

They don't even wrap them anymore because it's bad for your lungs or something. I called urgent care back and told them the prednisone, although has knocked out my sciatica pain it did nothing for the ribs and of course all that section that's involved (it's basically my entire left side chest wall down around my left rib cage back) she had me come to and gave me muscle relaxers now. It still hurts but my sciatica is gone so there's that. Yea I don't recommend this injury.

Other than feeling very sore I'm pretty good. It's just that I already had a cold so they were worried about that part because it hurts when I breathe and cough so they was more worried about that and gave me steroids and some cough syrup. They didn't even give me pain meds but I guess the steroids are supposed to help that too. It's definitely not as bad as I thought it would feel today probably because of the steroids. Lol

Broke my rib this morning falling on my concrete floor. I thought it was just bruised but doctor said it looks like a break. It feels like I got hit by a bus.

It's actually been really weird there lately. A girl got fired, my boss is trying to leave, other coworkers are leaving. Still can't get anyone to clean either lol They hired an overnight person and it looked awesome in there, like you can't fully keep a gym clean until they're closed. They have so many issues there. My boss hasn't said anything else about it but he can't even get us a raise so idk if they're going to let him do what he is planning which is another reason he probably wants to leave. My doctor doesn't want me cleaning as a job he said it's bad for my back problems. I'm actually surprised that I didn't quit already 😅 🤣 There are days when I love it and work my ass off to where I suprise myself (lol...I have pics 🤪) but some days I'm popping ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer like candy wearing a pain patch and a back brace thingy and still feel like I need to go to the ER so I don't know what is going to happen but I really don't wanna get my hopes up for nothing..I guess I'll believe it when I see it. Sorry for the long, drawn out rant 😅

Omg I used a foam roller at work after I got off to try and get this back pain and oh my god it hurt so perfectly! I got up off the it and legit seen stars! That was exactly what I needed for my back. I ordered myself one but I think it won't be the same. I love that thing. You guys if you have pain roll on one of them things. I swear.
