I like this guy's idea, lets go with that. I mean how hard would this be to implement. Create a two tone banner with an image map. Right side is for monthly view left side is for weekly view. It won't effect load time at all either.

Figured it out finally, had to relate it to statistics though, which are facts, but not necessarily true. Actually 90% of all statistical facts are made up and/or completely inaccurate (as is this one, which is a bit of a paradox). So this is why I don't teach English, and you all could have explained this better.

No, it's withholding information. Now if you told a half truth like "I didn't kill him with that knife (I used a mallet)" that wouldn't necessarily be a lie either. You just didn't complete the sentence and if you only said you didn't kill him then that would be a lie but the addition of "with that knife" makes it alright. I love manipulating the language to my advantage. ... actually I love manipulating everything to my advantage.

Not a bit, because then that's not exactly the truth. Saying either "I believe the truth to be" or "I believe the facts to be" doesn't make anything more factual that comes after that statement any more true than using the other. For example it's a known fact that 3+9=5, which is of course wrong. But your assuming all the facts are always going to be accurate as well.

Wrong, the truth is the truth no matter what form it takes or who is saying it. Simply saying "no because I don't trust you yet" is truthful and to the point. Someone who thinks like that probably wouldn't be talking to the black person in the first place anyway since he thinks he probably also thinks he might get robbed. Wrong, the truth is the exact same thing as fact. With your scenario "I believe the truth to be" is the same thing as "I believe the facts to be", "the truth is" as "the fact(s) is/are", etc... Personally I always tell the truth, which is obviously why I'm so popular

Like I said, have the users that put in their birthday go through an age check to access. Make it so users not old enough don't even see the forum. I'm only assuming the software has this ability though. Maybe find a plugin or make the overpriced ISP go to work for you. That and make it so the "House of Usher" section is hidden too since it doesn't concern me at all.

That already exist. Actually you have to choose to have it repeat every week, otherwise it stays a single event. Also color codes don't work for me since I override everything anyhow. It's all black background and silver font with links in my specified colors too.

Weekly as monthly events tend to take up the whole block, then you have to click anyhow to see what they are. Phee and Odims "If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice" (sorry listening to Rush ATM). Or you could just put both options there for people to choose, because we all like choices.

Hitting the back button, copy/pasting into a text document, and saving for use later is always a good option too.

Well tech support is 24/7 if someone calls me up and says that it's down. I'm pretty vigilant about it and do what I can to keep it up to date with the latest patches etc... Then again the OS isn't custom tailored to the software, and I don't really know how to program or fix errors. I kind of fly by the seat of my pants but it is a good learning experience. However I do know that my box is secure with me and my other friend having the only access to it. I do need to put in a tape backup though because you can never be too careful. Also would be good to stick it on a UPS.

You're getting ripped off, pretty sure. Currently I get to pay $8 a year. But I run and maintain the server and it's on not nearly as fast of a connection. I'm looking for alternatives.

If we're talking about Sisters of Mercy song = ultimate goth song then I'd go with "(I Don't Exist) When you Don't See me". However it's a lesser known track (actually I'd go with Black Planet but that is even less known, considering they changed the lyrics to make it "Dance on Glass"). When I think of Sisters of Mercy I think of the track that I heard all the time at the club that lasts for 10 minutes and 57 seconds, and is track five off of the album "Floodland". One of the tracks where DJ has to go take a shit, get a drink, and STILL has to cut it short because Andrew doesn't know how to end the song (not that that's a bad thing). To me it brings back fond memories of both City Club and Labyrinth. Of a time when one could actually call those clubs "goth clubs" and have it be an accurate statement. I will agree that "Temple of Love" is a great song too, and it did get club play (along with "More", "Doctor Jeep", and "Vision Thing" among others) but it's just not "the song".

Temple of Love OVER This Corrosion? No because This Corrosion has gotten way WAY more club play at City and is probably the most overplayed SoM song EVER. Yes, but I hate how SNL used it for "Goth Talk". That is industrial, not goth. Also "Kompressor Does Not Dance" would have been a better choice if you're going to pick any Kompressor at all. Also a good pick, but that's industrial, not goth. Lyrically it's spot on though.
