Yep, was an outstanding show. All the bases were covered, including 2 versions of Mad World, and Woman in Chains and Advice for the Young at Heart. All the hits were played except Everybody Wants to Rule the World. Merch was a little pricy, but I'm not complaining about the autographed Scenes From The Big Chair DVD I now own. Sound Board is a pretty terrific place for concerts. Plenty of room to walk around, a great lighting and sound system, and an easily viewable stage. Hope to see another show there sometime soon.

So I've learned Lacey from Rock of Love is fronting LoA now. Not sure how I feel about that, and judging by reviews from others who have attended shows and youtube clips, it doesn't look like she has what it takes either.

yeah, it looks like it'll be fun. On a side note, Edgar Wright of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz fame directed it. There also is a game coming out. Looks pretty solid, like some old NES fighting game.

I can't go either. I was so looking forward to this, but my car chose this moment to have the fuel regulator and heater core leaking coolant, and there goes any money I would have had for everything. Here's to next time they come through.

I love True Blood. Show is amazing. However, that sex scene in question, and I don't disturb easily, was the most WTF thing I have seen on the show so far. Knowing what Alan Ball is capable of, all will make sense by the end of the season. Have any of you had the True Blood drink? Tastes like carbonated tang and is supremely tasty. Hard to find and expensive but well worth it.

Yeah, its always a ton of fun. Plus the food is fucking delicious. But seriously, a chili cookoff this year? Does that make any sense at a Ren Faire?
