  1. This was the last time I dressed up, just for the hell of it. Most of last night I was wearing a t-shirt stained with buffalo sauce that I was too lazy to clean off, so this picture makes me look pretty good.
  2. I had no idea the amount of work I was getting into when I bought them. Wow. That's a LOT of daily poop. When they get diarrhea its even worse. Thank you.
  3. Thanks. They are a lot of work, but really cute animals.
  4. I scare most of the youtube goths without even having to take my teeth out. Life w/a lexicon?
  5. After listening to some songs by "The The" for awhile I'm impressed and feeling inspiration, like I've been taught a new way to go about making music. So I'm starting work on something right now before I have to go to sleep.
  6. In the beginning, at least, I think Sony VR will dominate the market. I think it will take a PS4, so I'm estimating altogether it will be around $600 - $700, which is kind of steep for the average person. But I think this stuff will eventually replace monitors and computers for a lot of people, unless a better VR comes out for PC; Oculus is just too pricey. Even though I wouldn't mind something like Google Glass or Hololens, so I can still interact with the world while browsing the internet, and my pets don't think I've had my head swallowed by a machine..
  7. Buzzfeed is full of insane SJW's/Feminists/"Regressive" Liberals. The crazy shit just keeps getting churned out by these people.
  8. I'm too stressed from revision to do any more revision.
  9. I didn't get any revision done tonight. I'm thinking I'm going to put it on hold and play some Paper Mario or something.
  10. The short answer is better. There is less violence than there has ever been. There is still time and resources to face large-scale problems. We evolved from apes and our societies reflect that, the average person is more focused on short-term survival and wellbeing than long-term survival and wellbeing. But I think if we constantly evolve what will happen will be that the mainstream media will eventually become the internet, the internet will eventually be uncensored all over the world, the dominant culture of the internet will eventually become opinions based on evidence and avoiding logical fallacies; and this will eventually become the dominant culture of the world.
  11. I'm a rationalist or skeptic, but I believe in meditative states and kundalini syndrome, because I have had both happen to me. I can't offer any objective proof, and would rather that people left my brain alone if I was to die or something. I've been in countless meditative states or samadhis. I also lean towards the idea that enlightenment is real, and exists as a rare medical condition and perpetual blissful near death experience. I have ticks that come and go after accidentally bringing kundalini syndrome on myself in 2011. I mostly don't meditate, or mess around with some of the techniques that I used to, there are aspects of meditation that scare me. I think if enlightenment is real, realizing it would probably involve moments of absolute fear, since that I think that the type of meditation necessary to realize it is related to near death experience.
  12. Eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis is making me feel pretty good, I used to get gloomy spells but that's vanished. I feel more energetic and level-headed.
  13. There is an obvious correlation between goth and mental illness based on that study, but the question is whether gothic culture causes mental illness, or if mental illness pushes someone towards gothic culture. My present stance is the second one, that mental illness pushes someone towards gothic culture, and that gothic culture acts as a coping mechanism in the case of this type of person-- not that this couldn't be different, but just as a general rule. Its age restricted so without a youtube account you may not be able to watch it.
