Metal bands like this, but no electronic and worse, were why I stopped going to 99% of all local shows in my county.

I was a teenager when I was introduced to some of the Goth staple bands. I was already interested in the Gothic subculture I just didn't know anything about the music, and I was more into Ozzy and Maiden. The first bands that come to mind were Bauhaus, Alien Sex Fiend, Sisters of Mercy, and Christian Death. I don't listen to "Goth staple bands" that much. The old post-punk bands I like and listen to most are more dream-like, like Sad Lovers and Giants, Asylum Party, For Against, The Names, The Chameleons, & The Sound.

I've been going into Nirvikalpa a lot within past months. After two nights without power, exceptionally good, and gradually getting sleepy.

I'm not a big fan of RTS's, but friends got me religiously into the first Starcraft. I got a chance to play some games of SC2 on guest passes and I hope to eventually buy it; we usually play against computers, but on rarity we've had PvP with Brood War. I mainly play Zerg and was impressed with the changes made to them and the game. For instance, mutalisks used to be weak, now I'm saving people's lives. I was a little on the fence about the elimination of lurkers and scourge; I've got codeine in my system and could go on about units and strategies so I won't, lol. My biggest and maybe only gripe, is the ground turrets or "spine crawlers" which seem weaker than the old ground turrets, and in my opinion, need a queen and some ground units to hold up against enemy ground early and some of mid-game; they seem less like general defense and more like insurance against harrassment.

I was watching a recent Nova where scientists who study earthquakes said there was a high likelihood in the next 30 years California would have an earthquake as bad or worse than Haiti. If it happens and this Camping guy is around I could see him trying to use it as leverage for his delusions/comic gold.

Sad to see him go. I was never big on wrestling but I remember watching him in the 90's.

When I saw DiGiorno Pizza and Cookies in the supermarket I thought it was something so evil that Indiana Jones would've said, "Don't touch that." Like a siren in a sea of frozen boxes, it only wants you to buy it so the eggs can hatch.

That's why I was freaking out about it. I have enough dental insurance money left to get it pulled was able to get in today to get a script and another appt. I'm gonna be taking antibiotics 4 times a day till Tuesday when I get it pulled. Hopefully that'll be the end of it.

I feel crappy, took 10 painkillers in the past 2 days, and I'm pretty sure now I have an abscess. Its the only bad tooth in my mouth so I'm hoping I can get it pulled soon.

The last time I posted in this thread I was pretty stoned. I need to polish my boots again. They have indents where the inner padding is wearing because I trained for a year in them, the soles of my feet adapted. I still hold function over form when it comes to footwear.
