I wish this place was a little bigger. I hope the headache goes away, pronto.

That makes sense. Some people are happier when they're not dating. I just meant that it's not good to think that you need a significant other to complete your life. I'm happiest when I have one, but I'm okay when I'm single or just casually dating, too.

It's a cliche, but you really do have to be okay with yourself being single before you can make a relationship work. Otherwise, you'll just be expecting the other person to "fix" you and fill all of the voids in your life. Oh, and I am most definitely taken now.

Domestic. I've been cooking a lot this week. Like sleep didn't get rid of my headache. I'm guessing it's a sinus headache. I'm off to try some benedryl.

Okay, glad to hear it. Charlie and I were ready to swing out there and check on her.

Annoyed that I have to work tonight, but otherwise content. Happy that the new baby (kitty) is taking to me quickly, and happy that other than a little hissing at 5:30 this morning, my two little girls are getting along okay.

Surprisingly awake, now! Like the boy and the new baby are asleep in my room.

Anxious and sleep deprived. Like I wish my interview could be any day but today.

I can't sleep! Why does work only give me a lot of hours when I don't want them? Having to pick up a person and a cat at the airport at the ass-crack of dawn, then having to come home, change, and head off for an interview, is not a good recipe for success.

I wish I could just take a sedative and spend the next 12 hours in bed, but there are chores to be done, and prep work for tomorrow.

Kind of like I want nicotine, even though I don't smoke. Like I made plans with my friend for lunch, and, even though I want to see her, I'm kind of wishing I hadn't. There's a ton of stuff to do around here.

Something akin to cold feet...but I'm sure it's just nerves.

After sending out 15 resumes this week, it's nice to have someone respond to one of them. Why do people use that expression "Have your cake and eat it too," as a negative thing? If I had cake, why wouldn't I want to eat it? I wish my mom would call me back. I am slacking a little today, but tomorrow is going to be busy, so I guess I am allowed. Less than 48 hours now!

Surprisingly good, even though I'm still trying to wake up. Like I need to find a job, I'm going stir crazy. Like Morbid will be here 2 days from right now!

Really tired, but I have things I need to do. I have nervous butterflies in my stomach.

Well, as Jynxie already knows, on 8-27-09 my long distance relationship will be a thing of the past. After 1 year, 8 months, and 15 days we will finally be back under the same roof. The majority of that 1 year, 8 months, and 15 days was hell, but it's made us stronger and closer. Without physical togetherness, we have had to learn to really communicate, and trust each other, in a way that a lot of couples never do. All I can say is, don't give up hope, and every day that you are apart and weathering the storm, is a day that your relationship becomes stronger than the last.

Oh my god! I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a song in my life! Even Alvin and the Chipmunks have more musical talent than that!

I agree that a loose pigment powder in blue would work better to mix with lip balm that a regular eyeshadow. The Halloween stores should be stocking up any time now. Some of their make up is crappy, some isn't so bad. The employees might be able to recommend a better quality brand.

I was there for a couple of hours. Did a little dancing and a lot of people watching. I was almost completely sober, which I haven't done at City in a long time. It's interesting how much you miss when you're drunk. I talked to The Osaka Koneko, Stormknight, Beanwater, Thelordofsins, Slogo, Gimp, MsterBeau, Damaged Angel, and Fin. I saw a few others roaming about, but I think those are the only ones I got a chance to talk to. Left early because my feet were getting tired and I had to be up early today. Definitely an eclectic mix of people/outfits there last night.
