News from DJ Jason Ash: NEWS: 1st and foremost...thank you to everyone who supports BF every week, and even those who make it when they can. This Friday the 13th will be our last event for the month of January...Let's make it a BIG one! We'll have more print flyers this week..AND we need your help promoting during our 2 weeks off. Here's the HONEST lowdown on why we've been 'bumped' a few times...If you're an individual or group who can out $$$ our event (Black Fridays), the club is yours. Truth be told...this month's group is the same group that reserved the club last month, and they're throwing a TON of money at SIXX to have these unscheduled Friday events. I can't blame the club, and neither should you. It's just business. All of that said...We could use a hand promoting. We have a KILLER venue. They WANT us there. GREAT bartenders. and...the ONLY TRUE NIGHT OF THIS KIND IN W.MICHIGAN. See you all Friday...We return to 'Normal' in February.

In a couple weeks, Grand Rapids invades Detroit. You'll get a little taste of Grand Rapids' Black Fridays at City Club. Kat... if you're listening, can I give the date? =)

Maybe you can show up sometime, a little mini vaca. Many of us in GR drive over for events and CC, or down to Necto, I know it's TOTALLY not equal to GR, but it would be something different! Keep you eye on those travel sites for good hotel deals!

Jason Ash was one of the DJs for underGRound at Sixx which was Big Freaky's event. underGRound is now a monthly event at Lower Level, it resurfaces this Sunday.
