Ever feel that the world of the internet is becoming more abrasive as time goes by? Some days I just want to cyberkill the internet.

Wishing I had 9 days off work. I would go to another country for the time being. Still thinking about it for next year. Scotland would be nice to go to and then I could go around saying, "Greetings highlander"

Money has been making me happy to this point. I have been spending most of it on myself. Its put a nice roof over my head, gotten me a real hearse, a nice vehicle to drive, and has been able to keep me around the area around friends. Its good enough for me :D

Sorry I didn't make it. Woke up at 7am and ended up working til 3:30 and then picked up the gal from the airport. We were both too tired out to make it. Went out all day into the D today though. Saw the movie Saw 3. God damn that was a real sick movie. Twisted mind the writer has, but it was an awesome movie.

Might not be this weekend as my sister is having a b-day party at Pub 13 in Ypsi, but who knows as its not really my type of bar environment. I've been real lazy lately. So we will see. Might be more of a possibility on the weekend before Halloween, but that is another thread. Hopefully my hearse will be done and driven by Halloween

It was an ok night. Only came to show someone new the club. Left near 2am since she had to work near noon the next night. I seemed to have gotten buzzed rather quickly on the pitcher I had. So that worked for me.

I noticed that there are a lot of english majors in the thread. I too, could have been one as it was my strong point in high school and college. What nags me, is the way people spell the words with the wrong meanings, i.e. using "there" when it should be "their," or using "hear" instead of "here." I will give some slack if they had a bad teacher who didn't care how people used the words. But I tend to think, after so many others have spelled it a certain way that they would have picked up on it. I think in general that people have gotten lazy. When I see someone spelling words wrong and misplacing their meanings, it tends to make me think that they weren't that smart, though it may actually be the opposite. But that is my first thought and sometimes the first impression is what counts.
