Found out from my realtor buddy that he was offered a loan modification but has no income. He yelled at the woman who offered it to him saying that they aren't offering people like me a loan modification who actually has an income. Just more evidence that the big banks aren't interested in helping the home owner.

Not too sure I agree with Phee and Nocker on it. You can get that on any night of the City Club. I think adding some of the fetish type stuff makes it more interesting esp if you are synchronizing the music with the things going on. I don't go to City Club as much for the music anymore as I do just for seeing people and hopefully the occasional freak viewing.

I actually agree with you on this though. I could be on the phone even with my bluetooth on and be able to manage the driving part, but I couldn't tell you what signs said on the side of the road if you asked me after I passed them. And talking to someone next to you or in the backseat is really no different than on the phone because you have to concentrate on the subjects being spoken of. Often I will ask someone again what they said because I tend to put more attention to the road than I do the convo.

Can't count how many people pulled out in front of me or nearly side swiped me while distracted in their vehicle while driving my semi.

I am trying to go through the short sale process which is a shorter credit score hit than foreclosure and I could get another mortgage in 3 years instead of 7 or 10. Although after bankruptsy back in 04, I was eligible for a mortgage 2 years afterwards because I had been working hard on my credit. But I will definitely appreciate living cheaply again.

Decided since I am going to lose the house anyway that I will keep the hearse. No sense in throwing away all the money I put into it just to get cheap offers on it. I like having it more than the house now anyway.

I've been going back and forth with Chase Home Finance without any luck as they have been cutting my options off one direction at a time. Even the programs that Michigan has, Chase is not participating in, nor do they have to. Ever since my layoff from my job going to Laredo Texas every week, I have struggled to make the money needed to stay on top of my bills. This is my 4th job this year, trying to get a good pay package. So far its not producing and by the time it does, I will be too far behind. I have only been making 50-60% of what I made last year, so that is a huge cut. The trucking industry is struggling because the economy has forced companies to pay cheaply for freight, and the industry has paid less for its drivers. So I have consulted with someone to do a short sale on the house to get out of it before things get out of hand. At least with the short sale, I can get into another mortgage in 3 years vs a foreclosure keeping you from getting a house for 7 or 10 years. Its likely that it will take 9 months to a year before I have to be out of this house as the process is long. Its a bummer too as I really like the area and the neighbors. But I need to be able to live and the way I am struggling is not living. Hopefully I shall have a party or two here before its gone. Anyway, that is all.

Sorry gal, I am coming with one of my best buds. I should be there earlier to hang out as well. Although I will have little sleep as I will be getting off work early Friday morn. Might not get any sleep at all.

I told him I PAID $3000 for it plus another 12 grand in improvements and repairs. There is NO WAY I will sell it for less than $5000. Even if it means sacrificing my house. I don't sell anything for nothing.

I thought clubs were to play what the people request to dance to? When did that change? I mean, I am not a huge Wolfsheim fan or anything but I ask the question for the simple question.

Well, you can always carpool with someone half way like with those from Jackson or in the area. There isn't anything that I have heard of in the way of goth clubs or goth nights out that way. In Ann Arbor on Monday nights they have a goth/industrial night and I just not just noticed on this site http://home.comcast.net/~bwd2001/MidwestClubs.htm that there is a club night at The Flats in K-zoo at 116 Portage St. Not sure if its updated or not though. Looks like it shows Sundays so I can't be sure if its accurate.

I have noticed over my time that older women are usually more experienced and therefor more appealing to me. Nothing like an older gal to seduce you to a pulp to do her bidding
