Richard Hatch has passed away at the age of 71 due to pancreatic cancer. He entered hospice a few weeks ago. He received a Golden Globe nomination in 1979 for his role a Apollo on Battlestar Galactica.

I must have pissed off God or Goddess or someone. Went to get roommate from work at 2am. Just got home after having to call a friend for a ride home. Seems halfway there tire goes flat. My other roommate was with me. It was a fight but he was able to gets the lug nuts loosened. But couldn't find a good point on the body to raise the car. Then the car shifted and bent up the damn jack. So the car is sitting in a store parking lot, cops have been notified so they don't tow it away. The shop is closed today so they won't complain. So all that is left is to find a tow truck we can afford and get it to a tire shop. And of course it happens to be a friggin cold ass night. What's next? Who did I piss off? How to I fix it with whoever or whatever I made angry. Makes me want to just stay in bed and say fuck it.

Sorry I didn't make it. Roommate didn't get home till after 9:30 and since last week everyone left by 10:30 it didn't seem worth the 20 min drive for maybe 30 mins of hanging out. Depending on how I am feeling next week, will have the 2 y/o here for a week while her sister has the surgery, I will try to be there.

Little Katana, my niece is going back into the hospital on February 10th to have her pacemaker repaired of replaced depending on what they discover during the surgery. Her mom and brothers are helping Katana's mom and dad as much as they can but they desperately need help to cover their portion of her medical bills. Yes this is the account from her first surgery. As you can see they haven't had much luck getting any help. Friends who have claimed to have their back haven't even donated anything but complain they won't go out and party. So I am hoping anyone can help, even if just a little bit. it all adds up. They don't even have a car yet both parents have jobs and are doing the best that they can. This is something that can't be handled just in the family as the family is getting by but not by much. I know it says Lakewood Ohio for where they live but they are now living in Howell, Mi. She's going in for surgery on the 10th. Going to have her little sister for a week.

I have a friend, her husband and now her son using a cpap machine. The difference it makes is amazing. Wish you good health.

My 3y/o niece has to have her pacemaker fixed. Surgery is in 2 weeks. Second surgery in 2 years for this.

Confirming I will be there but just a heads up, my mood will be delicate. It may not take much to get me to lose it one way or another so just letting everyone know, tread lightly as I don't want to snap on anyone.

So many feelings running through me right now. Strongest would be on edge. Tomorrow is the 11th anniversary of my mom passing and I just found out today that my niece's pacemaker is acting up. On top of that it has been recalled. They can do radio telemetry on it and it was discovered that it is acting up. So any day now we will be getting a call saying she is going in for surgery to replace it. This will be her second surgery within 2 years. Kids shouldn't have to go through this crap. It's not right.

So sad to hear that Mary Tyler Moore passed away yesterday at the age of 80. A pioneer in television for women and a strong spokesperson for diabetes. Not many of you may be old enough to remember the TV shows she was on. I remember her from the Dick Van Dyke show as well as the Mary Tyler Moore show and the movie Ordinary People about the accidental death of the older son and the attempted suicide of the younger son. RIP Mary, you have given us so much.

This scam has been going on since the government cut back restrictions on utilities allowing third parties to buy electric and gas from utility companies. Once they switch you, it's a big fight to switch back
