Does your sewing machine have 2 tension adjustments?? Mine does. One for the thread on the spool and one for the bobbin. Also look for any loose thread that may have wrapped around anything. I've had that happen to me before. I've had to get in and do that now and then with the OLD sewing machine I have. It's a pain at times but sometimes you have to check. Wish I could sew, I have 2 machines, one is a serger type and need a coat sewn from a pattern. Once I figure out how to enlarge the pattern.

These kinds of films are mind candy. Sorry but I'm not into artsy films that go nowhere. Glad to be one of the lowest common denominators. Personally I go to a movie to be entertained. Yeah that could be considered junkfood for the brain but so what. Our brains need a break, escapism into a movie is one way. If I want something I watch to teach me something, I'll watch A&E, TLC or Discovery channel. Give me mindless SciFi anytime.

I finally got my tattoo last summer. It means war dragon in Chinese. Wish I had gotten it a little bigger. Going to get a Yin Yang under it soon and the guy who did it says that this size is good because there is room to put a chinese dragon on each side. Want to get either a gothic cross or gothic dragon on my other arm. Want to get a pentacle but not sure where I want to put it yet.

Does anyone know of a camera shop or collector that I could get an appraissal to sell a keystone executive 16mm movie camera. I need the funds and don't need the camera. I also have an old Polaroid camera. It has the bellows front and you had to wait 30 or 60 seconds before removing a layer off of the pic for the pic to develop.

Sorry I've been away. Had comp problems and my laptop is a POS. I still want to do the bonfire. I finally got some firewood. I'm sure it's too late to set up for this coming friday and next week if the July 4th weekend. And stuff is going on the 2 weekends after that. If this coming friday is good tho, we can do it. It will be a BYOB since I am on unemployment and have little cash to do much. Meant to post this over the weekend but got busy around the house. I'll keep an eye out for responses. As far as I know, no weapons are allowed still. Last year I heard they were going to lift the weapons ban but as far as I know, that didn't happen. I want to get in on this. My problem is lack of a ride. I am in Lincoln Park. And I have a decent costume to wear. Just need better boots.

I miss having a cold closed off heart where I didn't care about anything or anyone. Having your heart on your sleeve means feeling something for people and then getting burned one way or another. I wouldn't miss the heartache.

If you want, come to my bonfire. I'm working straightening up the garage so you could use it for some pics.I can hang a drop cloth for a background in it and I have swords and weapons props you can use. I wouldn't mind taking some pics myself. Just a thought.

In the wintertime, my roommate and I use our snowblower to clear the driveways and sidewalks of the elderly neighbors we have. They live on a fixed income and can't afford to pay the local kids to do it so we do it for them. Would do their lawn in the summer but someone else does that for them. And the usual, hold doors open for people, always say thank you to clerks, waitresses and others.

People like us?? Then I guess they win. I have better things to do than look for conspiracies and the like in everything I see , hear or read. I'm not gonna go through life paranoid over things I have no control over. But that's just me.
