No, I guess I interpreted it different I kinda took it to mean that the welcome post was just for relevent stuff to the new person and their lives for instance discussion to all the answers to the welcome questions, and not for random sillyness even if it's with the new person. so can we assume that random sillyness in welcome posts is ok as long as the new person is involved?
