I know that woman, and I'd call her a "short-haired female who likes to wear pants." Not a drag king. She's also one of the best people with whom to have a conversation, it just so happens.

Of course you played "Marian" by Sisters, because that's traditionally "my" dancing song, and I have to be punished by the gods for being at the door in my dress ready to go and then flaking out. I hate me.

Most of the time I just hit "shuffle" and skip what's not working, but sometimes I get in the mood for certain things...almost always fast-paced stuff, but sometimes classical music hits the spot as well. Recent specific artists have been Hercules and Love Affair and LadyHawke.

I'm not even exaggerating when I say that Plastic Passion is the best dance night I've ever attended. But then, we already knew that. So happy to see its return, bigger and stronger than before!
