But my frosted side finds that one playful.

Way back in 1997 I worked at a movie theater and one of the managers gave nicknames to all the employees. I walk quietly and am fairly unobtrusive so I would often seem to appear out of nowhere and disappear just as mysteriously. I never did it on purpose, it just happened that way. Anyway, one day I went to tell the manager something and scared the crap out of him when I appeared out of nowhere. I delivered my message and left. He turned to tell me something but I was already gone. That's when he said, "Where the hell did that spook go?" Ever since that day, he called me Spook and the name kinda stuck. I find it fitting because I also love ghost lore.

Yay! Thanks everybody. We'll post pictures when we get some and possibly even some video too when we get that back from Slogo. Special thanks to him for being our videographer! We wish we could've invited you all to attend but the room only held 30 people and our immediate family pretty much filled that up. Next year we'll have a big celebration party though.

I read about this right after it happened. This article didn't say, and I can't remember the details from the original article as it's been a while, but if I recall, neither of the assailants had any firearms. All they had were screwdrivers, a baseball bat, rope, and gasoline. So, bad guys can be vicious with anything they find and the best way to stop them is with the best tool available and have a firearm of your own. Thank god Michigan has a Castle Doctrine.

Some Werewolf stuff for sure, all my Deadlands stuff, possibly trim up my Vampire line a bit, maybe a Changeling book or two but I doubt it, might be some d20 StarWars worth getting rid of and maybe even a few West End Games supplements ... don't know what else. Wraith, Earthdawn, and 7th Sea, I'm keeping everything. But, the library is open if you wish to browse.

Yeah, most of the pilot was shot in Atlanta and they just wanted to do some establishing shots in Detroit but the Michigan Film Board bitched them out and wouldn't give them any tax credits unless they reshot several scenes in Detroit and continued to film most of it here. The production team decided that giving up some creative control was worth the money they'd save from tax breaks so they conceded to that and a few other concessions.

I've never been hunting (unless ghost hunting counts) but it's something I've been wanting to try. Calix is gun shy but she wants to learn how to dress. So, I figure if we can get someone to teach us we'll make the perfect combination. I'll hunt, she'll dress.
